They started advertising they was selling chicken nuggets again. Except this taco ball. I went there and they told me they weren't selling chicken nuggets so I went to their app and chicken nuggets was listed on their ap. The person who took my order blatantly lied. She didn't say they didn't have anymore age said they weren't at this taco bell.

Haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in a while. Went after my daughter’s game tonight and ordered a chicken chalupa. As I was biting it I noticed a crunched up sauce packet inside of it!!!! They have forever lost my business. No way they didn’t know it was in there.

I door dashed taco for my son and I I'm not sure what this is but I know what it looks like. With my Cantina Chicken Bowl , the purple cabbage looks as if it was chewed and put in the bowl. I've ordered this meal more than enough to know the cabbage has never looked like this. I will never eat here again this is disgusting.

Worse Taco Bell! Charged me 2$ for jalapeños then put none on my tacos! Ask for 2 tacos no cheese all 8 had no cheese! Hardly any meat on them they just taking peoples money! Never will go back

Customer service is terrible, offensive language is often used behind the counter, and it appears that management is never present. This place needs new employees and management as it never appears to improve and just gets worse each visit.

Went in there today, we go every two weeks as a special treat, traditional thing, it's the closest and easiest. We understand fast food is always sub par. But today we went in, and had exceptional service! From Erica, Joshua and the rest of the crew working. (We left at 6:25pm.) I only got those two names. I'm sorry. But they got our order out fast, they named off everything in my order to make sure I had it all. Wonderful. The best and only good service i have received from this taco bell. Thank you Erica. Thank you Joshua. And the rest of the crew who was working. Sorry again I didn't get all names!

Worst customer service they had all the lights off to make it look like they were closed went to the drive thru and they said they system was down asked for cooperate number they stop responding will be calling the cooperate office on Monday morning never in my life had this experience also when I order the Cantina Chicken bowel it always looks like someone picked over it need a whole new night crew that really want to work and not shit down before time
Well after waiting almost a hour for my food when I got it the quality of the food was awful hardly no meat in tacos and while me and the wife had already eat all our food my son and his wife still haven't got there's yet come to find out they gave it to somebody else in drive thru so while we were waiting for them to get my sons food we noticed there was one of the workers small child running around where they were preparing the food maybe she was 4 years old behind the counter they were very very slow for the money we spent there versus the quality of food we got was very disappointing all I'm saying is that the Taco bell in Elizabethtown is awful don't wast your time or your money
