I ordered a nachos Bell grande, I only requested they remove the tomatoes, NOT the meat and beans. I only was given nachos with cheese on top with sour cream. I was told to initially pull up and asked to wait on my food after getting my drinks. I have no problem waiting, but if I’m waiting and then receive only half my order. That’s a big problem. So, I drove around and was told at the order machine to just pull up and they already had my other half to my order waiting with nothing said. So, you clearly knew you forgot the other half of my order. I picked this order up for my girlfriend Sarahann Bryant who can no longer leave reviews for this location because she left a bad review once before also when she began to eat her food she found a hair in her chalupa that matched the door server hair a short blonde hair when my woman’s hair is long dark brown

Man I come to taco bell often is one of my favorite restaurants but tonight they definitely pissed me off.Like if I wanted a cold tortilla for dinner I would have asked for that.Because that's exactly all I got.this is supposed to be a supreme burrito.all I see is tortillas.

I literally pick up dinner from this location at least once a week, sometimes more!! I always have a pleasant experience with the staff working the window. The food is always exactly how i order it and fresh!! There is one lady that whenever she is there my order is exactly right, her service is always exceptional..her name is Arricka. She is such a sweetheart. The whole staff is amazing in my opinion, honesty she just always has stuck out and went above and beyond and I love to see her when I go because I know I can drive my 20 minutes back home and not have to worry about my order being wrong!! And I love that for Taco Bell🤗🤗

They started advertising they was selling chicken nuggets again. Except this taco ball. I went there and they told me they weren't selling chicken nuggets so I went to their app and chicken nuggets was listed on their ap. The person who took my order blatantly lied. She didn't say they didn't have anymore age said they weren't at this taco bell.
Haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in a while. Went after my daughter’s game tonight and ordered a chicken chalupa. As I was biting it I noticed a crunched up sauce packet inside of it!!!! They have forever lost my business. No way they didn’t know it was in there.

I door dashed taco for my son and I I'm not sure what this is but I know what it looks like. With my Cantina Chicken Bowl , the purple cabbage looks as if it was chewed and put in the bowl. I've ordered this meal more than enough to know the cabbage has never looked like this. I will never eat here again this is disgusting.

Worse Taco Bell! Charged me 2$ for jalapeños then put none on my tacos! Ask for 2 tacos no cheese all 8 had no cheese! Hardly any meat on them they just taking peoples money! Never will go back

Customer service is terrible, offensive language is often used behind the counter, and it appears that management is never present. This place needs new employees and management as it never appears to improve and just gets worse each visit.
