As soon as we turned into the parking lot, we remembered that we had attended a wedding on the property several years ago.
The Cork Room is a such a nice restaurant. Caylee was top-notch -- friendly and attentive. Her recommendations were appreciated. We enjoyed the pimento cheese, the shrimp and grits, and the Elvis. I am not a fan of onions or peppers so she made sure the chef did not add onions and peppers to my shrimp and grits. There are so many other items we want to try; so we will return.

The Cork room does NOT disappoint. Atmosphere- 10., Staff- 10 Food-10! Our first time and definitely not our last, was Fantastic. Delicious. Our server/bartender, Michelle, was extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. She made our visit! And the coolest - the menus upon opening light up. So cool. Thank you Michelle😃

Great food prepared by the amazing Chef Timothy McDowell. If I had a complaint (which I do not) it would be that the portions are huge! Crab cake medallions, she-crab soup, brussel sprouts, shrimp & grits, ribeye steak all on point and delicious. Michelle did a fantastic job navigating a wave of wedding party drink orders and waiting tables. Very cool little spot with gobs of interesting artwork for ambience. Highly recommend, definitely coming back and looking forward to breakfast as we're staying the night in one the cottages of the winery. 10/10

Amazing food and wonderful service! We had fried green tomatoes and the best fried catfish I’ve ever eaten. Despite being down 3 servers, Candace and 1 other server were awesome. They were working hard and serving with a smile. We’ll definitely be back. BONUS: adorable tiny horses just outside!!

The Cork Room restaurant is a fun place to dine. The menu is pared and not overwhelming which l appreciate. We had a table of 4 and ordered the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese dip, both so good! Unfortunately, there were 2 bbq pork selections on the menu, and they were out of BBQ, so that further limited the selection. My alternate was a crab cake sandwich and sweet potato fries. The table had, salmon, pork chop, and steak, all were satisfied with their meals. The only caveat... When you are in a more upscale place and paying moderate prices, you would never expect mixed cubed carrots and peas as your vegetable dujour. Somehow brought the aesthetic of the plates down a bit. The art and star studded memorabilia is fun to look at, and the greeters, Elvis the peacock and the 2 beautiful ducks that tried so hard to join us were a really fun addition to the experience. Make your way over for a spirits tasting at the Tipsy Toad!! Staff was so friendly. We all left with a bottle or 2! The grounds are so beautiful, water features and gorgeous plants, very serene. We were actually there for a sip and paint event, but I will most definitely be back to explore a bit more!! Worth a visit for sure!!

Parking: Gravel parking lot, plenty of parking.

Absolutely fantastic service. Candace at the bar is amazing. The fish and chips were hands down the best catfish I’ve ever had. Chef Timothy rocked it! These folks were slammed with customers and still made our experience wonderful.
