The waitress was rude and even asked us to leave after she made the mistake of ringing up all of us together without even asking. She charged my friend for all of us and then said it wasn’t her fault. She got very defensive and rude over a mistake she made instead of apologizing. I had never had any problems at this restaurant until today 9/02/25. Waitress's name is Kayla.

Hawaiian chicken plate was bland and horrible. Wifes hibachi steak was served at room temp with rubbery veggies. Waitress only had 3 tables but we had to ask for everything we needed including refills.

Me and my family love this restaurant we go there everytime we go to the Grand Regal Resort the owner is nice and friendly and the staff is nice aswell I always tell people about this place and recommend it I give the Tokyo Bistro 5 Stars 🌟!!!

Ordered take out drove 15mins there 15mins home to just open my food and it’s all wrong sushi did not match what payed for on receipt and didn’t even get my salad or veggies with my dinner… when called to explain the situation the young lady then become ill and rude and I was told thy have no manager or person to handle the situation so then ask for a number to reach them and all they would say is don’t know when thy be in or nobody is here to fix the problem…. Definitely after two years will not be going back

***BEWARE*** Made a purchase last week 07/11/25 and the amount of tip was changed for $6 more than what I left. This is unacceptable and I have filed claims with the BBB.
First time here. I'm not one for sushi, but my daughter was impressed. I ordered filet and shrimp. It was very tender and tasty. Employee was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. It's in a little strip so you could pass it without seeing it. But now that we've found it, we will be back.
Really wonderful restaurant with great service, and a lovely atmosphere. Absolutely delicious sushi that has very generous servings.

Pretty decent food, especially in Elizabethtown. The inside of the restaurant is very small and not very welcoming. We did like sitting by the window watching the people walk by while we had our lunch. We'll be back💙
