A wonderful restaurant on the far westside of Elkin along NC 268 Business. I ordered a hamburger and Dr. Pepper. The food was tasty, fast service, and the atmosphere family-friendly. The menu is well-rounded with home-made items. Next trip will be breakfast and I'm looking forward to it.

While decent tasting, a Club sandwich is supposed to have Poultry, Ham, Bacon, lettuce, tomato and Mayo on toast, commonly a three slice sandwich. 268 Grill is Ham, small bacon, lettuce, tomato and mustard on 3 slices of toast. ? still good, great prices and friendly staff.

The food is always good so 5 stars on that. This morning they didn't put the tomato on the sandwich ? and there was no silverware to go with the food in the tray?...There were different workers in there (exception of one ) since my last visit. Maybe they new to working there.
