We went in side for lunch. It was full and very busy. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The ladies restroom was also clean. The sandwiches were served warm and delicious. The fries were perfect. Crunchy. All extras were on our tray. Refill offered with a smile and pleasant conversation. Thank you Chic fil A for a pleasant lunch.

Really nice interior, tastefully decorated for the Christmas season, and clean. Only annoyance, I always order my sandwich w pickles on the side. For the first time, I was going to be charged for the “container” to put my pickles in. Random nonsense that has never happened before. The order taker said that each owner operator decides those policies…😑. Kind of a sour note on an otherwise perfect experience.
My family and I went through the drive thru this morning. Our sandwiches that we asked to be spicy we not. We asked for extra pickles and got none. We asked for diet lemonade and got a diet coke instead. We got all the food just none of the items were correct which was very disappointing.

We went inside and ordered what we always do and have been accommodated for at several Chick-fil-A locations. At this location we were told by the owner it is at their discretion of whether they will accommodate food allergies or not per Chick-fil-A policy.
We left with a very hungry child and completely shocked by the heartless discrimination.
