Somethings not right about their milkshake anymore it taste like plastic yogurt so gross, I asked for peanutbutter banana mixed with caramel cheesecake
And they gave me a completely different shake I'm done cookout going to Sheetz or sonic for now on for my shakes.... Also every cookout I go to for sweet tea taste stale now. Even my kid said yuck.so.i.know it's not just me....
Edit: appreciate the response but I'm not sure if you can do anything without going back to using real ice cream for your shakes....

Staff was nice and food came fast, but the food was all cold, dry and hard. I got the burger tray, my burger was nearly inedible. The cheese bites and onion rings that came with it were nearly nonexistent. Won't be back.

This is the third time in 2weeks....I ask for extra seasoning on the fries and they put NONE...The tray is for some one else that ask me to get the food.....I personally don't like the food there. The guy on the window seems to be hearing impaired.... honestly he needs to be in a different spot not on the mike taking orders if he can't hear. Which they could get decent workers in there.

Travelers beware. This location only has drive through. Very disappointed that we could not eat in, stretch out, or use restroom at this location. Food was great but, I will never choose this location again.

Great experience! Stopped on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The staff were all phenomenal! The food was great! Would definitely go back.
This is the 3rd time I've visited this location and if it wasn't for the 10 out of 10 milkshakes I would never go back. The food wasn't all that great. To sit line for almost 20 minutes after paying for 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry is ridiculous.
