Ordered delivery from this place for months now. Always get italian or steak and cheese. Tonight got buffalo chicken. Not only was i given the wrong bread but my sub looked like someone soaked it in water and squeezed it out like a sponge. Was so wet, soggy, and mushy was not able to eat it. Cut in half and smushed into a small bag. Almost made me sick to look at it. Couldnt even tell what was chicken or bread. Will be awhile before i order again Ordered again 11/1. Did not receive my chips or drink. No refund. Will have to go in store for my next order to receive the discount. So disappointed. So much for your opportunity to correct since my last order.

We ordered a catering order for work and we were very pleased with how smoothly the process was. Lindsay was able to answer all the questions that we had for the order. It was done in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly. I eat here frequently but this was the first catering order i have done and i was pleased. Our family loves Jersey Mikes subs. Elkin staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. Our two favorites is the big kahuna cheesesteak and the Italian! And we love the rosemary Parmesan bread! Thank you Elkin Jersey Mikes!!

Lindsey and her crew always do an exceptional job when I visit the store. As soon as you hit the door you can tell things are clean. The staff is friendly attentive and polite. I usually get the club supreme and it is consistently assembled to perfection. Definitely will be going back again.

I ordered two subs said 20 mins waited twenty mins,went in order was not ready.Was assured by employee that my order was being worked on 20 mins later still no food,I asked for a refund and they assured me my order was being worked on 5 mins later I asked again just give me my money back,the lady making the subs to go hollered and said we had a lot of orders called in so why am I not being told before I drive there stand inside 25 more mins and no apology.and then and only then did they start working on my order,and all 4 lady’s act if I had created the problem,feel sorry for all the peoples orders that sat on the rack ready to pick up.None had been picked up in the 25 mins I stood in side.Think they got the orders mixed up and fixed them in the wrong order.Dont think I’ll be back and we are repeat customers.1/16/2025 5:06 pm
