Went for dinner, wanted the $7 meal deal! (Was told the tenders would be 3-5 minutes, I was okay with everything, I wanted to order the NEW fried pickles! I was told it would be another 10 minutes! And if I really wanted to wait for them… I could pull forward and wait.. 10 minutes later, I never got them.. and cold tenders..

I placed an order online and redeemed the free for a limited time 8 piece chicken bucket. I arrived to pick it up 12 minutes after ordering and everything was bagged up and waiting on me. The customer service was great and the chicken was fresh and absolutely delicious. Some of the best chicken I've gotten there and I eat at Elkins a lot.

On my way to South Carolina (from Syracuse NY) I stopped to gas up at the Sheetz across the street. Needing to grab a bite for lunch, I did so. First thing I noticed how impeccably clean the store was. Placed an order for dine-in, and received it promptly. The chicken pieces were the largest I've ever seen! And you didn't receive it in a take out box on a tray, but rather in its own dine-in containers which honestly made it look that much more appealing! Fast forward 2 weeks: the eating experience impressed me so much I timed my lunch and gas break to coincide with going to the same Sheetz and KFC, and I wasn't disappointed! What can I say, but deja-vu! Same great experience and food! I only give gradings and comments for places that really leave an impression on me, and this isn't just the best KFC I ever visited, but probably the best overall fast food place I've had the pleasure to patronize. Huge thanks to Amanda for taking care of me and my aunt, I'll definitely be stopping in the next time I drive down South! --Karl Paul

I was doing a door dash delivery and went in to wait for food. A lady came out counter after I had been standing there and said will be 7 more minutes on chicken. Keep in mind i had revieved this order 20 min prior at this point but said ok walked to my car. Came back im 8 min later stood there and waited nothing. 3 or 4 more min go by and I said excuse me to people in back do you know how much longer it's gonna be not being rude jist asked a simple question as at this point I had been at restraunt for close to 20 minutes for a $7 order! The lady doing the sides responds if you ask again I'll take even longer! That was the first time I asked! I respond no mam your not going to speak to me lile that I made $7 for this whole order I'm aloud to ask one time if it's still coming! Then manager comes hands me food upset I say are you thr manager you need to say something that's not ok she responds have a good night!? Completely unacceptable I will be reporting to door dash and corporate.
