Ketchup only does not mean extra onions. Plus we did not get all of the food we ordered. Food was hard cold and nasty. We were traveling and wonât make the mistake of stopping here ever again.

This is the worst McDonald's ever the management is pure trash they treat customers so bad I have ask to speak to their regional manager several times only to be told no I have called the corporate office several times only to be told we will have someone call you back still hasn't happened the one older lady that works the drive thru in the morning is the nicest person ever very sweet very friendly but that's it trust me go on down the road a couple of miles to Jonesville McDonald's they are way better

Everything about this location is horrible. Went last night for 3 happy meals. Got pulled up to the third minute and waited 20 mins before I finally decided to personally go in because why did 4 cars after me get their food before me? I worked at McDonaldâs for 3 years I know how everything works and how long it takes the food to cook. Payed for my food and got receipt at 7:09pm and I didnât receive my order till 7:31pm. OUTRAGEOUS! While waiting the manager didnât even know what was going on and to top it off he sent an employee to lunch mid rush, had a guy in the drive thru with an AirPod in talking on the phone. You tell me if Iâm wrong for being furious. Now today I payed for an iced mocha at 4:40pm and just now got it at 4:51. What are they doing in? Michelle king would never allow this type of mess at her store.
