I placed an order on the kiosk and never received my food. I was told by the manager on duty that it never showed up on the screen. I didn’t get a receipt to be able to prove that I did place an order but I called my bank and I had proof that I did pay for my food. I have made numerous complaints about this situation and the manager of the Elkin NC restaurant will not contact me!!! The manager at the time of said incident said that there was nothing he could do about it.

The woman working at the drive-thru was very sweet and I liked the lay-out of the restaurant. My fries were delicious and so was my vanilla ice cream cone. However, my double cheeseburger didn't taste great. Too many pickles and way too much mustard.

Waited for 20 mins in drive thru. Only for them to tell me they can't serve me food because their system was updating. My food was sitting there ready. I had correct change but they still wouldn't serve me. Bad business don't know what to think!!
i’m not even exaggerating but the 6 count happy meal i got today was the most insanely delicious meal ive ever gotten at this mcdonald’s. nuggets, FRESH. fries, ALSO FRESH. and not to even mention my apples they tasted like they was just picked off an apple tree and cut up like no spots or soggy parts at all on them. ALSO the service was amazing usually around 4-5pm it’s a difficult time to be working at a fast food due to dinner rush and ppl getting off work/employees switching shifts and all (specially mcdonald’s) but they was all outstanding and fantastic… yes i’ll say that again, FANTASTIC!!

Went through the drive-thru about 8:30pm last night. Ordered a simple order. The 2 cheeseburger meal and a 6pc kids meal. We were told to pay where you get food at. Exact words. When we pay for our food we get a show. The 2 teenagers at the window were arguing over who was supposed to do what job. She complained about having to fill my extra small dr pepper because the machine didn't fill it all the way but handed it to me with drink dripping all over the side of it. Then hands us the wrong food. Gets it back from us. Hands us our food. The kids meal fries were WAY over salted.ike salt laying in bottom of bag. Then we watch as they hand the bag of food they handed us to the car behind us. Mind you we had our hands in the bag thinking it was our food. Even ate a fry. So whoever had the 2 cheeseburger 2 6pc nuggets and 2 small ff last night sorry. Do not recommend at all!

Ketchup only does not mean extra onions. Plus we did not get all of the food we ordered. Food was hard cold and nasty. We were traveling and won’t make the mistake of stopping here ever again.
