I ordered catering from Prime Thai for 12 people and it was perfect! The ordering process was straight forward. The presentation was beautiful and impressive. The food flavor was perfect. I needed it done as early as possible and it was ready 15 minutes after they opened.

Okay so this was my first time i didnt know they were opened, The food, Its gone and ive been home for 15 minutes, The thai tea, Is my favorite. Please go and try this place, theres no other thai place like it. The customer service was VERY good, all around happy with my experience.

Prime Thai has never disappointed! The food is flavorful and delicious, atmosphere is calming and chill, and the staff are very kind. I'm a frequent regular here because it's an all around amazing restaurant. I really loved the seasonal decorations on the Thai donuts :)
Always loved this place but the last visit the wine was $11 per glass! That’s ridiculous!

I haven't eaten at this location since it went by the old name (Ten Ten Thai I believe?) However, I'm quite pleased with the new look! The restaurant is cozy and quiet, private booths on one side and tables on the other (not the biggest restaurant, so I'm not sure about large parties. Always call ahead!) As someone who has worked in the restaurant biz for over a decade, the food and service are always the most important factors to me. Service was excellent, fast and friendly! The food was *Pho*nomenal! I was really excited to see pho on the menu, and I was not disappointed in the least. It stands up to much more expensive restaurants I've tried in Durham & Raleigh. Honestly guys, start selling that broth in stores! All in all, I'm giving this place 5 stars across the board and will most definitely be back!

I eat at this restaurant 3-5 times per week. I generally order extra meat with my dish. These employees are ALWAYS respectful and go above and beyond! This specific instance I ordered my usual off which when I called they merely asked, “is this Jon?” I replied yes. I paid for the extra meat as usual, but once I got home realized I had definitely not got the extra meat. I called to address the issue and “Sun” one of the employees was so respectful and offered to not charge me the next time I came in, and also assured me that if there was EVER an issue please ask for hi personally and he will handle it! This is the type of customer service that our world has lost and needs to be Highlighted? I run a business myself, and honestly I don’t know if I would’ve handled it as well as he did! Not only is there “Traditional” Thai food AMAZING, so is there CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you’ve not visited this Restaurant you are HONESTLY doing yourself an injustice!!!! ?RECOMMEND 19 out of 10!!!!! EVERYDAY!!!! Thank you again Sun and the entire staff at Prime Thai!!!
