Great spot right off the Thruway while on vacation. The first thing to note...place was spotless. Considering traffic, that's pretty good! Service was great as well! The wife was happy about the free used coffee grounds. Said she was going to use them in her potted plants.

Ham & Swiss croissant on point as usual for Starbucks Strawberry açaí refresher for the win! Frozen strawberry açaí for the kiddo and he was thrilled. Only one lane of drive thru open again; however, things moved quickly and the barista was very sweet! Much better experience than the last couple times !

The quality of the drinks is inconsistent. Some times they are good, but most of the time they are not. The coffee drinks often taste weak and watered down--particularly the hot lattés, which is what I usually order. Service is friendly at the drive-thru. I won't go back, though, because I have been disappointed one too many times. I ended up dumping out the sugar cookie latté I got today--it was just awful. And since it's cold and rainy outside (and the perfect weather for a hot coffee drink), I felt so cheated.

Recently moved to this locations area, I guess I'm gonna find another coffee shop. They are always out of something that comlpetes 1 whole drink... cool whip, toppings or products and they are often closed when they should be open. Such a let down as we use to purchase Starbucks almost daily! Maybe they'll get their act together!

Had to wait 20 mins for drip coffee while they dis all the drive though drinks. The girls who took my order sat and stared into space and could have got my order like every other Starbucks. When the person who finally check the coffee realized it was empty. The girl doing nothing could have at least checked the level. Run by morons!!
Woof… no one has cleaned the store in days which is apparent by the trash all over the floor and crumbs on every table. Makes me wonder what the sanitation behind the counter is like. The drive thru line hadn’t moved in a solid 15 minutes so finally I came inside to order and have been waiting 20 minutes+ for two drinks…Just stay on the highway and wait for the next Starbucks. No coffee is worth this.

I’ve come here many times and every. single. time. I. order. some component of the drink is wrong. Ordered an iced matcha with oat milk? Got dairy. My partner orders a peppermint white hot chocolate? Literally zero syrup in it. I order a peppermint hot chocolate? I get a peppermint *white* hot chocolate. I have never gotten a drink that is correctly made here and that is sad.

We stopped here on our drive and mobile ordered an iced mocha and iced caramel macchiato. Waited almost 20 minutes and both orders were wrong, but could only tell once we were back on the road and tasted that they forgot syrups in both. Very disappointing considering I paid $15 for 2 coffees. My macchiato also had coffee grounds floating in the milk, so not sure how that happened with their machines…
