Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to make 4 subs. Ordered on the app said it was ready and wasn’t. Was out of Italian white bread and tomato’s! Very disappointed!!

I tried holding off on a review for sometime because the service varies, but today was awful and I hope they do better soon.Drink fountain didn't work, took about 25min or more to get 4 sandwiches done and when it finally got to me needing to pay with a coupon to only be $7.99 + Taxes it went up from $15+, $17, then $20 until finally it dropped to $11. Still more than the coupon said, but I let it be to just get on with my day. I've had some issues with coupons before and typically a manager takes care of it besides 2x so far. All was decent and the staff were always friendly, but today they had 2 brand new hires left alone and they clearly needed assistance. Not upset at them, but management for being so careless. They were nice but you could tell they were in a panic. Having to make 6 sandwiches back to back while also getting fresher ingredients. They weren't prepared to handle the day, please do better management.

Found a hair in my sub and the store reeked of pot being smoked by a employee
2 nights in a row closed when we got there. All signage says closes at 900pm. We were there at 830pm. Guy acted like we were in the wrong.

Went here today the need to shut this place down it’s horrible I take my business elsewhere didn’t use a clean knife when cutting my sub and store wasn’t very clean stay away from this place be ware they can’t keep decent help
