We ordered 2 FOOTLONGS and a kids meal on the app, after we picked up the order and got home, we realized it’s only a half. We called and the owner guy said “no you ordered a wrap, even your receipt says a wrap” and wouldn’t make it right, like we had ordered. I would like to know where it says we ordered a wrap on the receipt.

Be super careful ordering here, the owners will overcharge you. I ordered here with my friend a couple weeks ago and it was 18.18 for the total for two subs, I ordered here today, the same sub, with a coupon and my order came out to 17.11 for one just sub, I got the receipt and they charged me for almost every single meat they put on the sub.

This is in regards to the subway inside Walmart in Elkin NC..I don't recommend anyone to eat there!! I got hard bread & 4 little pieces of turkey!! Like the bread was old & the tortilla my mom got was old..the lettuce was brown..just horrible..It was the worst food I have ever had at a subway anywhere!! No wonder there was no one eating there!!

Prices are getting outrageous, spent $50 on 2 little pizzas and 3 sandwiches. Was not worth that, we could have ate better a chili's for that price, staff is sloppy at making food they put no care into the quality of what they sell.

I stop by their store to get lunch , The employee, had one more person on the line , I waited for 6 minutes, and the employee NEVER said anything, No greeting or anything. She was preparing 2 orders but She NEVER SAY ¡ WELCOME TO SUBWAY , I will be right with You !!! She was very rude . I asked the person on line before Me , if She had already taken her order ?? The girl says No Not Yet !! So left to the bathroom, because I had to really go. Sso I came back to order my lunch, AND This rude EMPLOYEE TOLD ME to Leave because I was rude and She was Not going to serve me ? ... And she said that if I wanted Her to call the Store Owner , This Employee DOESN'T HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? SHE DOESN'T NEEDS TO BE DEALING WITH ANY CUSTOMER....

Traveling thru and wanted to grab a quick sandwich. Bread was old and staff mangled it. Produce was old and spoiled. Staff even stated that owners don’t let them throw out the old produce. Really gross.
this place has healthy choices on the menu, and they are real good.

The girl who was working all alone was doing everything she could to run this busy shop & take care of everything on her own. However, people were getting upset because stock was low and the wait was too long. She maintained professional & worked nonstop but she shouldn't have to do all that on her own & have to explain & apologize for the delay & product shortages to all the unhappy customers. She deserves a raise to put up with all that & management should be there helping or hire more help. Sad to see Subway overworking & underpaying another employee who is doing everything on their own. Sad to treat staff like that. The food that was available was good, fresh & well prepared.

The photos you see here ARE NOT from the Elkin location....they are from the Subway located in Walmart in Wilkesboro....Elkin location needs training on cleanliness and food safety. I went to order at Elkin location lettuce was browning and bell peppers looked slimmy. As the owner was leaving i stopped her and told her she might want to take a look at veggies as they were brown and slimmy....she just thanked me and continued to leave. Didnt even walk over and look. Two minutes later her husband came back so i thought ....he's gonna look into it. WRONG, he went to back came out with some meat and left...didnt even look at the veggie case....no concern for public safety in my opinion...So, Elkin (Walmart location) reach out to Wilkesboro (Walmart location) and GET SOME TRAINING!!
