I went threw drive threw at 10:52 on a Friday night they already broken broken down the drink machine were supposedly our of Baja blast mind u there were a hole LINEEE of cars behind us the blonde cashier was rude and very annoyed if u hate your job that much go get a new one yall dont close until 1 o clock do better and u couldn’t even put a drink lid on all the way which is pretty self explanatory

On line order thru the drive thru. Order was correct and not crushed in the bag. Drive thru staff was friendly.

The first warning sign was having to walk through the cloud of smoke from the half dozen Taco Bell employees crowded around the entrance smoking and vaping. I wish we had turned around at that point. Got inside and literally over half the drink options were not available. The pee soaked floors were the least disgusting part of the bathrooms. none of our food was very good, probably the worst Taco Bell food we've ever had. The chicken tenders were exceptionally foul, we gagged just from the smell of them.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. Friendly staff and fast service. There was a minor mistake that really was just due to the kiosk and they quickly remade that part of my order and let us keep the mistake!
Cashier was unfriendly!! The food was anemic!! Dining room was filthy!! Food on the floor in the prep area!! They were out of large cups, but still charged full price and given a medium cup!! Paid $23 for two #5 combos and not worth it!!

Used the app for the first time today. Not sure how high the employees are... But who bags chicken chalupas instead of chicken quesadillas? So let's day we were upset when we get home and had the wrong stuff. Recon my faith in the app and store is less than one star.
