Food was good, order on the app about 45 min prior and they left out something from each meal. Staff was nice and made it right.

Sorry as hell I’ve ordered here twice when I come to visit family both times sorry as can me food always cold and way before the dasher even gets it like today food made at 1027 don’t get it till midnight as the dasher to have them remake it if was setting out the manager fussed at my dasher talking about it’s still good it’s a bag if they wanted fresh food they come get it they self sorry as can be there

I have been to this location before and not had nearly as many issues as I have the last few times. They were out of lids, gave me the wrong size cup, my large nacho fries were not filled at all, and I was missing the sauces I asked for. I am not sure what has been going on with this location but it has significantly declined the last month.

I walked in and I was going to order off the kiosk because i didn’t know what I wanted and I like the kiosk because it has the pictures of the items they have and I can take my time. I walked up to the kiosk to order and the lady came up to the register and said I can get your order I told her I would just order off the kiosk and she said in the most snarky tone “well I’m standing right here” yelling for everyone to hear I was honestly so shocked that those words came out of her mouth she knows what she said was out of line because she tried giving us this sweet innocent bs she stared at me while I’m trying to figure out what I want and sighing because I’m taking to long when there was no one else in line I ordered and sat down. She needs her attitude checked! She was a bigger girl with glasses I’m sure it wouldn’t have hurt her to stand there!!
Very very slow the food was ordered and it was more important for the staff to get orders out to door dash rather then a prompt service to the walk person my order was thrown onto the counter and my name was not called for the order by the time I was given my order and gotten back to the car It was so cold I had to throw the order away. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Literally 3 potato’s in a potato soft taco. This is pathetic and it’s not the first time this has happened. Also asked for no chipotle sauce and they still put it on there.

When I got my food home the had wrapped the tacobell paper up in my tacos so when u un rolled the paper to eat the taco all the cheese meat and lettuce was stuck to the paper. I will never eat there again and if they will wrap ur food up like that then there is know telling what else they will do.
