Tried to make me pay with a card. Then every customer after they say they are not accepting cash which is against the law! Then the meal was thrown together. The meat in the burrito (cheese box) was all clumped and nasty. Taco Bell has fallen far. I won’t be back.

We came in with a bus load of kids and adults. The customer service was spectacular with how many people we had. The cashier was friendly and the food came out fast and hot.

Disappointed ???Ordered fiesta veggie burrito which shows black beans, rice, chipotle sauce,sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole, three cheese blend and fiesta strips what I got was burrito with rice, beans and cheese.since it was a take out I saw all this when I reached home. Kindly open your order and check it before you leave. Love Taco Bell but I’m never gonna go to this Elkin store 551 CC camp rd, just off I-77 exit 85
Very disappointed. Ordered here and waited for our food in the dining hall. Things were messy, but we overlooked that because they were busy. We then noticed that they were on their phones (with their gloves) and then fixing our food with those same gloves. We asked to cancel, and they wouldn't cancel our order. We told them the problem & they said they could give us our food, but didn't cancel for us. Very disappointing. We love Taco Bell & won't be back to the one in Elkin

The drive thru line was long, understandable but it still took probably 5+ minutes once we got to the speaker to order. We sat in line at least another 15 minutes to pay, then another 5 to 7 minutes to get out food which wasn't hot, warm at best. We ordered 2 orders of the nacho fries, the cup of cheese that comes with the fries are usually full but not last night. The cheese cup was maybe 1/4 full. I'm extremely Disappointed to say the least.

Every single time I come here there is always something left out of our bag. We just came by today and ordered two classic combos, a beefy melt burrito and two soft taco supremes. They completely left out the soft taco supremes and the crunchy tacos that came in the classic combos were soggy and gross. This happens every single time we come and I’m getting so sick of it. We won’t be back.

This is multiple times my order has been wrong! I ordered 1 combo, 3 soft shell taco's add tomato! I ended up with a burrito supreme and a hard shell taco!!!!! The diet Mt.Dew was only carbonated water!!!!
