The best panini I’ve ever had - wonderful bread, perfectly made. We enjoyed lunch on the patio with our dog, and he received friendly service too. We’ll be back!

Adorable small town eatery with homemade sweets and sandwiches. The owners were so sweet, and the vibes were so wholesome. Lots of locals all sitting down together on the back porch to eat delicious treats and share some quality time. The oatmeal cream pie was so good, not overly sweet and the perfect size for sharing. Husband and I both had the weekly specials and they were awesome. Will absolutely stop by again if we're in the area!!

3rd time here, and I wasn't disappointed. Meatloaf Panini, that was delicious. Got 2 scones to go, and they were also delicious.

Lovely sandwich shop just off Main St in Elkin.
The menu is small but creative and to the point. I greatly enjoyed my Chicken Salad Sandwich and the wife loved her Ham and Swiss.
They also give every sandwich a dill pickle. Nice touch 👌

My only recommendation, offer a water station with washable cups. Nothing crazy, just a stand with a water jug, filled with ice water and a stack of cups:)

Small town charm with the best sandwhiches. Taken some chicken salad or pimento cheese home for later.

This is a must visit if you are in the area. They aren't very obvious, and there are only 3 parking spots right at the restaurant. You can park nearby on the street and walk to. The owner is polite and curious.

In Elkin for a wedding and stumbled by the Barking Coyote Kitchen mid morning. We got 2 amazing sandwiches and a strawberry cobbler. Cool vibe. Amazing food. Charming patio. The vibe was great, the other diners were fun to speak with. I will be back before we leave. (The food was gone before I thought to photograph it!)

I dropped into Elkin after hiking Stone Mountain and was looking for a bite before heading home. It was Saturday and I arrived just as they were closing at 2pm. The owner hooked me up with a couple of cranberry scones that were world class and a cup of hot coffee. I would like to say that there was a scone left by the time I got home but that would be a lie. If you are passing anywhere near Elkin drop in and check this place out!

Love this little gem of a sandwich shop we discovered on our most recent vacation to Elkin/Traphill. Delicious sandwiches (the Tuscan chicken wrap is one I will crave!!) and cute outdoor seating area where our children could play while we weren't actively eating. Owner was extremely kind and friendly. We cannot wait to eat here on our next visit to town.
