Love this place!! Been here twice now after a hike at Stone Mountain. Outdoor seating only but they have tons of great options and it's shaded! Music but it's not too loud. They have love music often as well. Beers are delicious and servers are always friendly. They have a few fire pits and have had a good truck both times I've been here. Highly recommend!

Visiting Elkin for the first time. Thought the rain was going to stop us from checking out The Rail Yard ... but we found a break in the rain, and they were open! Cool atmosphere, in casual backyard environment. It's like visiting that cool friend with backyard you always wanted! Met owners Virgil and Mitzi along with other beer tenders. Great local group with a lot of beer knowledge. Very inviting atmosphere. You gotta check this place out! Thanks for a wonderful experience. Cheers!

It’s was just ok. Nothing special. The drinks were a bit expensive. We also got a cocktail. The Costco mimosas taste good than their cocktails. Not gonna be back for sure!

This is a really convenient place and the beer selection is wonderful. The red wine selection could be better. Absolutely love the location and it's great with the constant live music. Always a food truck on premise and there's a great restaurant really close by. If you are up this way you should not miss it......
