Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The slowest drive thru, every time we come. We have to pull off and leave because it’s unreal that we sit for 10 min before anyone comes on.

I ordered 3 Cobb salads to go. They had no grilled chicken for them so we had to get fried. It took about 15 minutes for me to get them. (I was the only customer ordering inside) We left, got back on the interstate, opened them to eat and the cucumbers were mushy and slimy like they had maybe been frozen. Tomatoes weren't in very good shape either. We took the cucumbers and tomatoes off and ate some of the rest cause we didn't wanna have to stop again. Granddaughters stomach got upset a little while later but the other 2 of us were ok. Only time we have had a problem but gonna shy away from Zaxbys for a while.

food is fine, but I have scarcely seen a restaurant with slower service than this. the location is also bad, it can't handle the traffic.

Not my favorite vibe for a bit to eat but the food was decent and fast to come out. I wouldn’t go again but it is a popular chain so if you haven’t tried it, it may be worth it to knock it off your list.

Did not eat due to sanitation score. Could be nothing major I didn't check but went to chick-fil-a instead (they had score of 100).

Must have been an off day for them. Food was just ok, completely drenched in sauce. Fries were luke warm and they were out of sweet tea and many selections in the soda machine.

Ordered the traditional wings and things and I'm a regular customer but after seeing my wing look like this will not be eating there again . I don’t understand why serve this if it looks like this …

Staff was rude, taking to friends before taking my order, took extremely long because they are moving at snail pace. Bathrooms are disgisting. Rude customer service.

Bun was literally burnt black and tastes like charcoal OH the chicken patty was hard and as thin as a piece of baloney What happened to the original thick breast? Recommend go to Chic-filet

Slowest drive thru of all time, they give the car at the window their food before they even take the next order. They don’t care if the line wraps around the building

I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and come to the counter to take an order. No one was in front of me only people waiting for their order.

I placed my order at 5:09 PM and didn’t receive it until 5:35 PM. The staff showed no sense of urgency and appeared completely disengaged, giving the impression they didn’t want to be there. Additionally, the fries were not seasoned as expected, and the toast was burnt. Overall, the experience fell well below the standards I’ve come to expect.

Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch loaded fries with no bacon and easy chicken.. And I still got bacon and a ton of chicken very unhappy about my decision of eating here
