My only problem really is ,there is never any drinks at this particular location. I order online and and pay for the meal deal,but on more than three occasions the last month there is os never any drink options at all except bottled water .

My order is always messed up even when I use the mobile app! Asked for honey mustard on one of my subs in store and I’m they put mustard in it. Today I walked in at 9:24 and they denied my service because they close at 9:30. Called forest city subway and they will serve me at 9:59

The taste of the food is my complaint. The onions tasted like sweaty armpits and you could tell they were not only old but lazily cut as well. No crisp to them just flimsy armpits. Ruined my whole sub.

Absolutely awful experience with my family today. First off, we were over charged for drinks & chips, secondly, my mom found a HAIR in her sandwich. Imbedded in the bread…. We were immediately disgusted, and asked to remake our sandwich. The elderly lady who prepared our food was horrible, and her response to asking her to remake our sandwich with the hair was “oh im sorry, I’ll just give it to my dog he won’t mind”. That’s the most unprofessional response ever said to us. Im gladly never coming back to this location unless management is controlled better, along with the environment. I do not recommend this location.

Everytime you come here it is something different. Last week a group of young people were trying to bring a duck in the store. The guy behind the counter replied that it was his brother so they hung out in front of the front door until what I saw was at least 2 of the workers had went out to hold ducks and then come back in to work. Today the store is closed 30 minutes early with no reason. Workers still inside.
This location is great when you can get them to stay open until their specified time. The door says 10:00 pm. Online says 9:30 PM and everytime we show up at 9 trying to get something after doing farm work they already have the doors locked. I was in there one night and they locked the doors 15 minutes til 9. I know the owner has been contacted once in front of us and they're still locking the doors at 9 or before. Only eating place in a small town and they never stay open until the time that either the door or online says. Locking out people with online orders also because they're closing the door early. Doesn't look very good

This is by far the best 1 I have eaten at in Rutherford Co.Super friendly 5 star staff , very clean restaurant, awesome subs, wonderful ambiance .I will be back as often as I can. Daily would be great ... They're that good. I don't know what they do differently, but I can't get enough.
Parking: Small lot , kinda hard to maneuver a larger vehicle
