I'm not sure what happened, but I ordered the loaded Magerks mac and cheese to go. There was one slice of chopped bacon, no jalapeños, and the cheese was SEVERELY lacking. For almost 12 dollars, I have to say it's pretty disappointing. Staff was nice though.
Update: They did refund me for my order, and I decided to try one of their cheesesteaks to give them another shot. It was very tasty. I'm very appreciative of them doing what they could to fix the issue.

The food - wings specifically - are the best in this area, bar none. 10/10
However, the manager at the Elon location is absurdly undesirable as a host, and more importantly, as a revenue focused guide for any customer centric business (ie: food) -(negative) 100,000,000/10
This experience took place on Saturday, August 3rd around 6:00 pm.
Will never return again and will advise others not to attend given my experience.

Dishonest waitress on Thursday night, when I ordered my meal asked "What side would you like with that?" When I said "I didn't know that came with a side, what are the sides?" She listed them off, instead of explaining that it did not come with s side. I found out when the bill came that the sides were extra and when I questioned her, she just said "Oh sorry, you misunderstood" All 3 of us in the party "misunderstood"! Great way to upsell, but it only worked once. We will not be back!
