We were excited to try a new place on 7/1124 and they advertised homemade ice cream. Ice cream was decent. The young lady who served us could not of been less interested in working or helping if she tried. She seemed like she definitely didn’t want to be there.

Employees need to remember the business they represent was started by someone with a dream!

Ice cream is always good however there was no vanilla which I found odd!! Also found out from a former colleague that when the new owner took over recently thst he he cancelled all gift cards that people already had making them null and void, they vowed to never go back, this is just wrong and certainly changes my opinion of the new owner

Came just for ice cream. Found it odd to walk in and see a bar right in front of me and smell pizza while I’m eating ice cream. Wish they had more sorbet options (only had 1), kids enjoyed theirs too. Nice area outside to eat as well (still smell pizza though).

I’m a long time Smittys customer and former employee of the original owners. I love to support local businesses, however Smittys has drastically gone down hill. Prices are almost double what they were pre covid, the quality is not what it use to be. You could go there and you knew what to expect from the quality. On my last visit it was icy and freezer burnt. I couldn’t get a pup cup for my dog (she loved them) and there is a lot less ice cream in the cup. I love cake cones but I wasn’t willing to pay for that they have always been free. Smittys was a Burlington institution for as long as I can remember but I won’t be going back and I’ll be shocked if they don’t go out of business soon.

Oof Smitty’s it’s bad for you! Why such small scoops for such high prices ? And why are we charging for sugar cones ? Yes waffle cones i understand but I shouldn’t be making a car payment to enjoy a night out with my family … what’s going on ???? Quality check pls !

A local creamery, the ice cream quality is great. This location sits inside a pizza place and off to the side. The ice cream and waffle bowls are excellent!

Fantastic ice cream!

This Elon location is also a part of the Pandora's Pies next door. It has a nice section inside. It's good ice cream. I went for the Cookie monster ice cream as it is a limited time flavor. Meaning it's only available randomly. It is delicious. It's blue & contains Oreos and soft crushed cookie pieces. I placed it inside a waffle cone which they make themselves. I wish I had gotten a large instead of the small and the small was 2.5 scoops which was a pretty good size. I will be back when the Cookie Monster ice cream returns, hopefully soon with a large scoop! ✨?
