Just off the main street, this taco joint was a nice find. Friendly service and a good selection of tacos. The chicken and waffle, beef brisket, and hushpuppies were a combo meal.

For such a tiny place, tangent packs a lot of flavor! The weirder it sounds, the better is is! Forget you comfort zone and try something new! I highly recommend the Brussel Truffle Taco :)

This has been a favorite spot of ours for several years now! The tacos are delicious, the service is friendly, and the location is excellent. My favorite taco is the fried green tomato, and it never disappoints. I also recommend the “topped tots” as well. Whether you’re visiting Elon or are a local, this place is a must try!

I’ve been going to Tangent for years now and the Brussel Sprout taco, Fried Green Tomato taco, and Shrimp Melt taco have had me in a chokehold. Recently ventured out from my favorites and had the brisket taco…WOW. It was amazing too! This place is a must try.

We waited 40 minutes for our food and when it finally came out, half of it was burned or dry. We have been here several times before. Super disappointed. Not sure we will return after our experience today
