Beautiful architecture, tasteful decoration, delicious food (try the she-crab soup), and superb service (from Jennifer).
We stopped here as we were visiting Elon to view their campus. Very friendly staff from hotel lobby to inside the restaurant. Multiple wait staff asking about how we are doing, giving us refills, etc. Food was amazing. I would recommend! Thanks for the friendly and very pleasant environment.
Quality - good, taste - above average, quantity - a bit small, service - pleasant, cost - high. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Hidden gem in the Burlington
We went for breakfast Christmas morning. My omelet was perfect but honestly we were just so appreciative that they were open! My daughter could not come home for Christmas so we met in Elon Christmas Day. We always loved the Inn and it is one of the many reasons I miss her being in school there!
I'm What a nice surprise! I had no idea there was this wonderful gem in Elon. Service was superb , ambience was perfect, and food was delicious.
the mark is a staple in our family

My party waited at least 10-15 minutes to be seated due to limited wait staff on a Sunday morning. There was only one other table seated upon arrival. More staff arrived. The food was just ok but wasn't served hot. I had higher expectations although this wasn't my first experience but both visits were unfortunately about the same.
Server was really nice. Summer salad with steak was phenomenal. Short rib was very enjoyable. Loved my drink, flight of the Phoenix ! Would definitely eat here again.
We went for Brunch and the food and service were great. Our waitress was Katie and she was very good!!

So, I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed my visits but yesterday was an entirely different situation. I took a dear friend here to celebrate a belated birthday for her. When we arrived, we had to wait at the host stand for about 5-7 minutes to be seated in a dining room occupied by one table of 5 ladies. And when the wait staff saw us, they shouted at us from the bar that she would be with us in just a minute. That was a sampling of the entire rest of our visit. We were finally seated and given water (not asked if we'd like any thing else to drink) and left for a least 20 minutes before being asked from a distance, if we were ready to place our orders. Our food came another 20ish minutes from then and our server again communicated with us from across the room (as it was nearly empty by then) if we were ok. I asked if I could have a cup of herbal tea as the room was cold and I wanted something to warm myself and she said "sure, I will get that right away." It never came. At least two-four more times we were addressed from across the room for any thing else that our server may have wanted to know or ask. Now, I'm accustomed to having that kind of service in a diner or such but at the Inn at Elon? My lunch bill was over $100 all in and, frankly, I was embarrassed to have taken a friend from out of town to experience such a situation. Next time I will book at St Jacques at Burke Manor Inn for a nicer lunch experience. Elon should be embarrassed as well, it's a real shame.
It's pretty hard to recommend the mark for the price. We spend 120 dollars which is a lot for what we got. If it was half that, I could understand.

The restaurant is not managed well. It took forever for our orders to be taken and our apps and entrees came out at the same time - not just close together, literally on the same tray. No one came by to ask how our meal was going, or they would have gotten an earful. Food was ok. Nice ambiance. Will not go back.
Glad we saw their commercial on Elon football broadcast. Beautiful facility. Sparkling clean. Delicious food. Our server was outstanding
Truffle Fries came out looking barely cooked, very little taste, higher quality fries at Mcdonald's, Steak came out overcooked, was not asked one time about how the food was when it clearly wasn't enjoyed and only had our waters filled at the start of the meal as they sat empty while we attempted to enjoy our meal.
