Went to Hardee’s in Erwin this morning ordered a pork chop and gravy biscuit and 2 orders of grits. Got home eating my biscuit and would you know a hair was hanging out of it. The grits had clumps in them and had to throw them away also.

Hello, please don’t eat here the food is always days old and cold. They forget to put stuff in the bag and then question you where it went even as your at the window looking at them and they just handed it to you. ( I get a bit of a racist vide. Please please don’t dine here and if you do Don’t order the hand crafted lemonade all the do is put the minute made and water it down. Also the customer service sucks they get your order wrong and then will not fixe it. I had to argue with them twice on how I didn’t order strawberry as I am highly allergic. The manager is no help either.

Never had slower service. I spent 20 minutes waiting in the driveway through through with only a single car ahead of me before they asked me to pull forward and wait even longer. I never did get my food.

Every time I order a wrap here, it seems like they just don't know how to get it right. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap and I added bacon, which was an additional charge, and I also added gravy which is also an extra charge. The first time, two days ago, I got no bacon and no sausage. Just a wrap with egg and gravy. Today I ordered the same thing, I got bacon egg and gravy but not the sausage that originally came on it. I just don't understand why someone can't make a simple wrap. I ain't even mad. I'm just disappointed (in the best mama voice I've got). 🤣 Smfh

I came in to dine in at 8am on This lovely Saturday morning and the order taker, Arenis C(name on receipt), did not ask me if I wanted it for here or to go, she assumed to go and had an attitude when I asked for it to be made for here. Another young lady was stocking and in the dining area and walking around the front counter area cursing constantly and noone corrected her. It was very unpleasant to hear.I haven't been here in a yr due to the rudeness,old, and burnt and decided to give it a try. Food was better but atmosphere is still horrible.
Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken, Chicken Fingers, Country Ham Biscuit, blt Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich Combo

Okay sorry but this is bad there was no problem with the workers but hair in the food a grey hair in the food when me and my partner have brown hair When we first ordered we got dr peppers one was flat with no syrup and the other was just carbonated water so we went in to get different drinks just to get a flat coke the tea that we got was the best thing about the meal besides the honey mustard I got for my chicken strips

Was not able to copy and paste link to owner reply. Don't go here. My wife went to pick up some food and They butchered it entirely. Put a whole stack of tomatoes on the burgers, a whole stack of lettuce that was twice the size of the burger and then put a squirt of sauce in between every layer. So much so that burger wouldn't stay together. Almost sure we picked up someone else's order if we hadn't also ordered 1 ham and cheese which they put 2 of. The free ham and cheese didn't even make it worth it. Go to Wendy's.
