I came in to dine in at 8am on This lovely Saturday morning and the order taker, Arenis C(name on receipt), did not ask me if I wanted it for here or to go, she assumed to go and had an attitude when I asked for it to be made for here. Another young lady was stocking and in the dining area and walking around the front counter area cursing constantly and noone corrected her. It was very unpleasant to hear.I haven't been here in a yr due to the rudeness,old, and burnt and decided to give it a try. Food was better but atmosphere is still horrible.

Okay sorry but this is bad there was no problem with the workers but hair in the food a grey hair in the food when me and my partner have brown hair
When we first ordered we got dr peppers one was flat with no syrup and the other was just carbonated water so we went in to get different drinks just to get a flat coke the tea that we got was the best thing about the meal besides the honey mustard I got for my chicken strips

Don't go here. My wife went to pick up some food and They butchered it entirely. Put a whole stack of tomatoes on the burgers, a whole stack of lettuce that was twice the size of the burger and then put a squirt of sauce in between every layer. So much so that burger wouldn't stay together. Almost sure we picked up someone else's order if we hadn't also ordered 1 ham and cheese which they put 2 of. The free ham and cheese didn't even make it worth it. Go to Wendy's.

I went to my local Hardee’s over there by Walmart in Erwin around 7:15 8/29/24 The lady at the drive through with glasses and dark hair was very rude I asked a question and she was like “NO WE DONT “ and I said okay that’s fine and and she asked me if that was all for my order I said yes and she told me my total and then pulled to the window she didn’t say anything but what my total was she has very bad customer service if you don’t like your job fine another one because your customer service reflects on the business and right now it sucks!!!

Save your money and it’s time for new management or close this damn location all together. They are never busy and some how do the worst job. I will never ever come back. And don’t comment saying you want to hear more. Just do something about it!!

This was by far one of the worst Hardee's I have ever been too. I ordered a frisco BLT large meal and a ranch chicken wrap. I got a regular frisco with a chicken wrap with no ranch or lettuce in it at all. Also would like to add that we waited 20 mins for our messed up food. I will never be back. Find some better help!

Stopped in for 2 milkshakes, you'd thought we ordered the entire menu the way the young man at the counter whined. They were not busy, no one except us, no customers in drive thru, and apparently we interrupted his phone time. He said it takes so long to make those. When they were ready, he slammed them down on the counter. I expressed my gratitude ro him for taking time out of his busy day. If the franchise owners really want a business to succeed, they need to step up. We definitely will not support this business and their employees attitudes
