Ordered from the drive thru. Food tasted like it had been sitting a long time, was not fresh and was cold. I don't recommend this location.

My husband and I visited this Hardee's for dinner. The food was fresh and hot. The service was very friendly and fast. We both said how good the food tasted. Usually Hardee's is a hit or miss with the food. Everything was satisfying with this order.

Went to Hardee’s in Erwin this morning ordered a pork chop and gravy biscuit and 2 orders of grits. Got home eating my biscuit and would you know a hair was hanging out of it. The grits had clumps in them and had to throw them away also.

Hello, please don’t eat here the food is always days old and cold. They forget to put stuff in the bag and then question you where it went even as your at the window looking at them and they just handed it to you. ( I get a bit of a racist vide. Please please don’t dine here and if you do Don’t order the hand crafted lemonade all the do is put the minute made and water it down. Also the customer service sucks they get your order wrong and then will not fixe it. I had to argue with them twice on how I didn’t order strawberry as I am highly allergic. The manager is no help either.

Never had slower service. I spent 20 minutes waiting in the driveway through through with only a single car ahead of me before they asked me to pull forward and wait even longer. I never did get my food.
Every time I order a wrap here, it seems like they just don't know how to get it right. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap and I added bacon, which was an additional charge, and I also added gravy which is also an extra charge. The first time, two days ago, I got no bacon and no sausage. Just a wrap with egg and gravy. Today I ordered the same thing, I got bacon egg and gravy but not the sausage that originally came on it. I just don't understand why someone can't make a simple wrap. I ain't even mad. I'm just disappointed (in the best mama voice I've got). 🤣 Smfh
