Stopped to get a bite to eat after being in ER. No one said hello or welcome to waffle house. Waitress wasn't busy and just stood at the drink fountain. She never came over to get our drink order or anything. We sat there for 10mins or more and no one helped us. Cook dropped food on floor looked around and threw the food back on the grill. They never took our order, so we got up and walked out.

Food was ok. Service was the worst EVER. Rude and disrespectful. If the employees weren’t being rude I had to listen to them complain about other customers and about how they didn’t want to do there jobs. Horrible atmosphere.

It was my birthday this weekend and my 4 children and girlfriend and I decided to go to WH for breakfast. The service was absolutely incredible. The crew did not know it was my birthday until the end of the meal but they were quick to seat us and quick to get our order out even with it being super busy. Once made aware of the day, they had the whole crew come and wish me a happy birthday and even gave me a surprise gift. This location will ALWAYS get my business and has once again reminded me that the people are what truly make this place great!!!! God Bless the crew here!!!

David was our server tonight and I just want to say he was awesome. They were busy and this young man was killing himself to greet every customer that came in. He was the hardest working employee there. We were able to joke with him throughout our visit which was awesome that he had a sense of humor. My boyfriend n David had a level of humor they had an equal understanding of comedy that most people today would not understand. It was truly a special dining experience for us. We enjoyed every minute we were there because David made it special for us. This young man needs a raise and so much praise.

Service was terrible! Had to wait 5 minutes to have our order taken when there was only 3 tables that had people sitting! Ordered had to wait 10 minutes to get my drink n had to remind the server that we needed a water n chocolate milk they charged for a refill of coffee which usually is free! Just the worst service we ever had there
Had to wait 30 mins for a seat. Next available was still dirty when we were seated. It was obvious they were short handed. I did notice preference to the customers who were obviously regulars. When I asked a question of a passing staff member she was argumentative with me. And purposely spoke to me to embarass me. That young lady definitely needs additional training. My food came several minutes after my husband's. It was cold. The place was filthy. It's the worst I've ever seen at this location. Only 1 positive, and that was the person who waited on us. She was very accommodating. I haven't been there in a long while and probably won't ever go back. I am so disappointed because I really liked this location.

Went in to eat this morning after a 16 hour night shift. Went to sit down at the table waitress said hey can you please sit at the bar type area I said no I'm going to sit at the table cause that where I normally sit. So she then tells the manager she not gonna serve me for what ever reason she told her. Manager comes over politely sends another waitress over to help me. I explain I'm a regular customer and for a waitress to tell somebody they not serving them cause i don't wanna move is unprofessional. I'm not gonna talk race color or anything. Then she help ring up all the other customers then when I get up to the register she tells the guy to ring me. I tip out the waitress $25.00 and go about my way.

At 7:45 this morning (Sunday) Rude staff!!!! Went to go there this morning with a small group of family, One family member got there first and said he had 2 more coming and family member was told he had to stand until the rest of the party got there. There was only one booth taken and 3 sitting at the bar. All wait staff was standing at the bar talking. waitress said she had already been cursed out for doing the same thing this morning. So my question to Waffle House is why are you allowing staff to curse at each other. Or why is staff not allowing customers to sit. I might could understand of this was a busy time for them and needed tables turning, but it wasn’t nor has it ever been at this time. This morning team needs better training.
