Everyone behind me got their food, while I waited. Apparently they just forgot about my order. Won't visit again.Also, hubby had to kill a roach in the dinning room. Blah!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Waited over 5 minutes with nobody else in line just to order, then when I did order, I got the WRONG order. There’s NO way you can confuse the word chocolate for vanilla unless you just don’t care about your job or are deaf, which she was definitely not. (Else I would’ve understood) but to blatantly give the wrong order, and to take your time getting to your customers is NOT how a restaurant should be run. Never coming back, which is disappointing due to how much I like this chain and live closest to this store, the extra miles will be worth it however 🤷🏻‍♂️ don’t waste your time here

I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and asked for added onion and my bacon on the side not on the burger.

When I looked at the receipt at my table the woman had charged me an additional $1.50 for bacon!
How crazy is that I didn't get extra bacon!

When I went back to the counter she was not happy she had to ask her manager to refund the money and the manager wasn't to nice about it either but they did refund it back to my card. Now when I get back to my food it's all cold :⁠-⁠(
Just not a good experience.

Cashier wasn't very knowledgeable & attentive. We waited for our food for over 15 minutes. I had to ask for our order & she said you didn't get your order ? I am like that's why I am asking for our food ! Took her way to long to put 10 nuggets & ff & another order of nuggets in boxes & give us our food. She seemed to not know what to do . Like she really wasn't there .

Service was slow as they focuse on the drive thru verses the inside people. I let the person in front of me go first as she was going to be late from lunch getting back to her Doctors office. Fries tasted rewarmed. They were not good and told them they were not good. Hot fresh fries was not offered to me. Manager was of no help as well as district manager. All I wanted was hot fresh fries with my meal. To give them one star is being kind, I haven’t gone back to the his Wendy’s nor would I recommend anyone else to.

Tonight I was left in complete awe with this location, in Erwin. I had high hopes for my meal as I had never tried their Chicken BLT meal, instead I Get a Double Burger. When I went to pay my meal for me and my family was $25, I handed this young man a 100 dollar bill, everything seem cool till he hands me back ONLY $30!! & when I handed him my money he even verified I had given him a 100 because my meal was 25.46 & I gave him 100.46 so I could get all my change back in full because I didn't want any lose change like most people do, but when I corrected him on my change he acted dumbfounded. He wanted to make me believe that I was wrong and I had to step out my car (this was all through the drive through) to get to the window and tell him that I gave him a 100 and I needed my $75 back. & I don't know why I personally feel like this isn't the first time his done this! I don't think I will be going back, you can play with food but don't ever try to play with your customers MONEY! 8/11/2025 around 8:20 Wendys check your crew, you have thieves in there trying to hustle peoples good hard earned money!

So on my way to my doctor I stopped at Wendy's thinking I'm going to get a sandwich a number 7 I asked for I got a number six my number 7 and a number 6 both have lettuce on their at no time did the cashier tell me that there was no lettuce or I would not have ordered a sandwich I do not like to eat fast food sandwiches at most places without lettuce tomato and onion so while I was waiting for my number seven why can the cook not put the meat on the bread all the way I heard the cashier up front telling another customer there was no lettuce as I was being hand in my food. I don't know but when I was a manager for a fast food place and we ran out of stuff I would go to the store and I would buy it and I would save the receipt lettuce is very cheap it's actually on sale right now at Charlie C's thank you guys for making my order right I just wish I would have had lettuce oh yes and the service was very quick

Monday July 7th, my mom, daughter, and I went to this location for lunch around 1:30 p.m and when we walked in there was several people in front of us waiting to order, and others waiting for their food. We waited for 10 minutes to even be recognized, then what im thinking was a manager took 1 persons order, walked away and went to her office and didn't come back out for a while, left the rest of us still waiting another 5-8 minutes before I spoke up and asked what was going on? Why we were not being taking care of? Finally after speaking up, they sent a girl to take all of our orders. And because i had to show my butt other workers doing drive through got all snickery and rude so we took our food to leave... Very horrible customer service and hospitality. Food was good though!

The workers that is working tonight just need to go home on Tues, 24th 2025. The Fry's they gave us tasted like they been cooked since lunch and it's 9:01 at night. They gave us no straws for our drinks. They are lazy workers.

Service was as slow as molasses. I ordered on line with the mobile app and it was forever to get a single meal with no changes to the standard sandwich. The manager barely acknowledged people in line and seemed more concerned getting people refills on tea than taking orders.

It has been a while since I had service this bad. Will not be back while working in town.
