These people are idiots. When I say no mustard, I don't mean to make the whole burger plain. This happened on two separate occasions, so we're done with this place. Get it together.

Stopped here while traveling and kinda wish we waited for the next Wendy’s along the route… My husband ordered a pretzel bun burger with a large Coke no ice. Got a regular bacon burger and a Coke with ice. I asked for lettuce on my burger, didn’t get it. Oh and they didn’t give us straws or napkins…

This place needs a whole new staff. The lady worker taking the order was short while speaking, after taking 15 minutes to get the orders of two cars. The workers always ring up a large combo unless asked otherwise, never give a receipt unless asked otherwise and then have an attitude about handing it to you. The first window is never in service and on the off chance it is, customers are asked to wait at that window for a while until their food is done and then they are asked to pull up to the second window to pick up their food. This place has gone downhill fast. For moderately expensive food, the customer service should be way better than it is. A few weeks ago i went through the drive through and was asked through the speaker to immediately move to the second window, once there a guy popped his head out of the window and said “whatchu want”. Its unbelievably unpleasant and unacceptable.

The restaurant was extremely clean and maintained. However getting anybody to help was a very trying task. Oftentimes there are 20 to 30 minute Waits on your food. And on this particular occasion it seemed like they were more concerned about what they were doing that evening instead of what they should be doing at that moment. Even with the extreme wait times, the food was very hot and fresh. But I guess that can happen when you only cook one meal at a time

I can't believe Wendy's wen u go and get a drink or fries for breakfast all of your drinks and your fries are now one size smaller so when you order large you actually get a medium so you're not getting what you paid for that's not fair for consumers that is false advertisement just because you feel like giving us a medium drink in place of our large drink that you get for lunch you should get that same size drink for breakfast ? this is what is wrong with this world I used to enjoy their breakfast now I will just skip it and go to another competitor which does not false advertise the size of their drinks and fries for breakfast
