Very poor service. At the drive through, order was taken with a “ghost busters, what do you want” demeanor. Was not given a total, even after asking. Asked a second time for a total at the window and met with an attitude. Food was just short of thrown into my vehicle. I ordered a taco salad and a Dr Pepper. Was not given a straw and the drink was flat. A chili comes with the taco salad, was not provided a spoon or fork. Nor was I provided any napkins. Did not notice until later that I was not provided a receipt. Crackers were crushed. The taste did meet expectations of a fast food restaurant but this service was horrible. I even called to speak to a manager to let them now how poor the service was and again met with an attitude. The manager I spoke with was cordial but it did have a feeling of being given lip service.

Me and my family walked in, we were the only ones there. There was 4 employees that passed by us without saying anything. Two employees in the corner hugging each other, then another approaches and they started to have a conversation. I stood there for a few minutes before the cashier approached us. The cashier was washing dishes and no one thought to let her know she had a customer.

We used the drive thru. Everyone was super nice. The food was very fresh and super super fast! They listened to the customized order and got it correct. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger kids meal. We will be back!

This has to be the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. The place looks like a dumpster on the inside, the staff seems like they have had no training. I’ve went a few times, against my better judgment, every time is an issue. Order 15mins ahead of time, get there and wait an additional 15mins. 8:30am order biscuit combo, didn’t pull off until 8:47, crazy. Took my family inside, 3 of the orders were wrong. I don’t want to say it the workers fault but management needs to train better and set some higher standards.

I was given the wrong order THREE times!!! Ended up having to go back in ans ask for a drink after I was told twice someone was bringing it out. Was not once told sorry for the inconvenience, wasn't given a receipt, all staff I spoke to were rude and dismissive. PLEASE either retrain or restaff!!!!

This was the first time I went there and had to wait for no apparent
Went into the lobby this morning to pick up an order. I walked in the door around 8:10am I was told the lobby was closed . THERE WAS A BIG SIGN IN THE WINDOW THAT SAID OPEN AT 6AM. so my order was not ready and they were just getting started. One girl looked at me and rolled her eyes. another person was on a cell phone. This location staff needs immediate replacement. No one with a nasty attitude needs to work with the paying public. Also there was several items missing from my order.

Worst place to ever go to, my order was $10.68 I gave them a $20 got back 11cents. I call up there they gonna tell me that their cash register was short... Then the manager has an attitude then says she will pay me out her own packet. I go up there and still nothing! But my thing is, they can go back and look at the cameras and see, or matter of fact they shouldn't have people working up their is they don't know how to count money. I will be calling the BBB on them as well as the state.

I normally don't give a harsh review but this place needs some serious work the attitude of the workers is sad, they are very rude, and unprofessional. The rolling of the eyes, short snappy responses, and ugly looks make you wonder how they got the job in the first place. And please don't ask for your receipt as you might get a challenge, but why are you asking for your receipt anyway? After all this, the food is subpar at best. Do better guys.

This restaurant is getting worse by the day. I’ve been numerous of times at 9pm or so and they’ve closed the store! If it’s a staffing issue they should put that out there!! I waited today at the speaker box for at least 10 minutes before pulling up to see what’s going on. I asked could i order he told me no i need to go back around and order at the speaker! It’s 5 cars behind me from waiting.. other cars pulled off! I told him no I wouldn’t because I was before them and been waiting! He refused so I pulled off! I will not be visiting here again! They need some redirecting and training!
