Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Staff is very friendly. I only got 5 wings in my Great 8 though

First experience- ordered the chicken finger tacos with buffalo sauce and bleu cheese. Loved every bite! Order was served extremely quickly, staff was courteous and professional. Will definitely eat there again!

went to order the same items i always order.
the hispanic cashier informed me they do not serve grilled chicken..i said yes you do he replied they do not..I had to point it out on the menu for him...
then the total came to $33.23 i gave hime $35 He then told me i didnt gove him enough and asked for 23 cent more.I then told him to count the money. he did and asked for 23 cents more..I then explained to him i gave him $35.
I hope the JACKSONS read this and realize you need to hire people that
1. understand english
2. can count money
3. No what items that they sell.

Honestly, this Zaxby’s has been an OK location but what made me give a five star for this location is the young man Chris at the drive-through window! His customer service meets top-tier standards and he is always making sure to get the orders right and leave a smile on his face regardless the time of day! Outstanding Job Chris!

We sometimes go on Sunday after church. Its busy but also seems spastic. Tables don't get cleaned. Last Sunday, another paying customer went behind the counter and got a bottle of cleaner and a towel. I got it from him when he finished. Hire more help please.

I tried the Traditional Wings and Things and the fingers were extremely salty.
I also tried the lemon pepper wingetts and a couple of pieces still had hair still on them. Are we not properly cleaning our meats anymore. SMH

This all boils down to slowing down to prepare the food right, from making the right drinks correctly, to actually making salads right when something was directed to be left off, all the way down to actually toasting the food and putting sauce on the untoasted sometimes dry food

I wish they offered a little more for those that don't care much for fried chicken. But overall it was good

The food is a bit pricey on the high end, but the quality of the food is top notch, which makes the food worth the prices they have on it...
