We ordered online in the app for curbside pickup. We had some issues getting the order placed but eventually it went through. Our estimated order ready time was 6:04pm and we arrived and parked in one of the curbside pickup spots shortly before that. We checked in via the app and waited. And waited. And waited. At 6:15 I decided to go in and see what was going on. I found our order on the shelves for mobile orders. Fair enough as it was a mobile order... But we specificed curbside pickup. If you're not going to actually offer curbside as a service, do not offer it. Our food was getting cold sitting on the pickup shelf while we were sitting there waiting, expecting a staff member to bring it to us in our car.

Food was great! Service could use some work. I tried multiple times to place our order on the app and it wouldn’t work. Called before my husband headed to the restaurant I was told by the manager on duty that they would make it right if my husband went inside. I had rewards I wanted to use. Manger wasn’t any help other than to tell my husband sorry very disappointing.

We were greeted with a pleasant hello. And the service was excellent, as well as the food.
A new spot for Sunday lunch. The food was very good. We all had the Snax box and two egg rolls. It is exceptionally clean and while it's a new spot the staff were very friendly.

10/17/2023: Although the line was long at the drive-through, it moved relatively quickly. The staff were friendly and professional. My order of a grilled chicken Cobb Zalad was quickly prepared and delicious. There is lots of construction around the restaurant so the drive-through is being staffed with staff taking orders instead of placing an order at the menu board.

New employees are slow, untrained, and have about 8 people standing at the front counter for the last 30 minutes….literally lol. Meanwhile every order is going out that window like clockwork. They really need to do some training on how to manage the inside of the busiess and not just the window. Feels like there is no manager here…
