Dough was raw and they tried to say it should be that way. Delivery driver Bob first went to the wrong door even though it is on the receipt. Bad attitude. Didn't offer to make anything correct. Never buying from this similar again. Sorry Osmond, your choice of staff is very poor.

I ordered a large Pizza on Saturday night with a salad. Pizza was great. The salad was terrible. The lettuce was brown and the onions were slimly. I took it back and staff did not seem to care that the salad was bad. They said they didn't make them they were prepackaged. It was disgusting and will never order again.

It was slow. I paid for extra peperoni and didn't even get the same as regular peperoni, and it had little to no cheese on it.

I accidentally ordered on the app to this location because gps autopopulated me there. The staff was very kind and understanding and worked with me. I am super pleased with the customer service and happy to actually order from them in the future.

I'm not sure the name, but the woman working tonight was super rude on the phone when I placed my order. Also, she messed up the toppings on my order of 2 large 2 topping pizzas.

I should've checked, but I didn't realize it until I got home. At the same time, I wouldn't have wanted to wait another 20 mins while she corrected the order.

Picked up my emergency pizza today and it was fantastic, far exceeding what we thought we would get for a free pizza. The two guys working were friendly and really on the ball making a quick pickup into a pleasant experience!

Loony Toons

Been a customer since the store opened. After my last two orders being messed up, was promised free pizza, just call with the phone number. Called tonight was told didn't have any notes about it. Could not honor what I was told before. Placed a new order anyway, food was ready by the time I arrived for pickup. Several employees out at the end of the building smoking and it had the smell of marijuana. Walked in the store and one employee cleaning the prep station, doing her job. Nobody else in store, an employee came in from outside and gave me my order then answered the phone
Got home with burned pizzas, the chicken wings were good but very light on the sauce. One out of 3 is ok I guess. Closest store to my location, but if I order from Domino's again, it will be another store. Oh forgot to mention that my wife had ordered from her phone before also with a screwed up order, and had free pizza also. We didn't get that either. Very disappointed with the service.

This location is completely lost, and out of control. The lack of any leadership and professionalism is astounding. We have been loyal customers for 5 years of this location and have seen the growing pains of a new store, and the ups and downs of quality or delivery times and all things considered have been very understanding. As a 25 year veteran of the culinary service industry I am extremely patient, and understanding of staffing, and operational struggles. However the last few months at this location have been unbelievable, and I don't understand how you expect to stay open with such poor customer service and lack of respect for the community which you've franchised a location within.

We've had orders show up incomplete, or not at all, take in excess of 5 hours to be delivered, canceled after over an hour of order being placed while family waiting on dinner, wrong orders being delivered without any replacement and being told it be over 4 hours to remake and then put on hold to speak to manager to be hung up on every day since the 28th of September.

This is unacceptable, I'd venture to say we're one of your biggest customers and enough is enough.

Took 50 min after driver left to get my order which Is 10 min from my house.. driver left the wrong order.. I called the store and they were extremely rude to say the least.. said they called everyone to tell them delivery time was delayed and not their fault if I didn't answer.. I never got a phone call I advised and told her was worst experience I've ever had with them and would likely be my last order as well.. she said that's up to you and hung up... she was nasty from the time she picked up the phone. Horrible Horrible customer service.. been a customer a long time will never order from them again. They need to fire her!! Driver came back with my actual order and I guess just took the wrong one she picked back up to the next delivery. Personally I wouldn't want my pizza that was delivered accidentally to someone else brought to me.

After receiving the reply from this review I called the store as advised and the manager Heather said that was just an auto reply and there was nothing she could do about it. Again horrible customer service and apparently the manager could care less about customer service...
