Came by today (Monday around 12:30) and waited at the window for a few minutes and no one showed up. Open sign was on. Maybe call ahead if you want services. I ended up leaving after 5 minutes, I won't be coming back.

We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. When it was time to pay, we tried to use a card that was declined by our bank because we were in a different state where the bank doesn’t normally operate. We politely explained the situation and asked to split the payment between two different cards.
Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t seem to know how to use their system and treated us with a very rude attitude, as if we were trying to do something wrong or dishonest. Instead of offering help or showing basic professionalism, we were made to feel uncomfortable and judged.
It’s a shame because good customer service is essential, especially when it’s just a simple technical issue. We won’t be returning and do not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Incredibly disappointing! Went by and got a cup of ice cream- 2 scoops and a cup- 3 scoops. First of all it came to $22. Secondly the scoops were pitiful. I think they were using a tablespoon as their scoop. Wet will never go back. 2 cups of ice cream should never cost $22. You, the owners, should be ashamed of yourself. We used to always go to you- about 2 years ago. We will never come back and I will certainly tell friends who ask about where to go, to not waste their time or money.

Extremely overpriced. They screwed up our order and then got mad that I pointed it out and slammed the window shut in anger. We live in Etowah but will never go back. There are better options nearby.

The new owner is not trust worthy, he and his daughter hire a manager and after she and her son get it up and running, he says to them I can't afford to pay you what I agreed to pay you...bye.. what a jerk!!! stay away from these type people!

Stopped by for a quick last minute lunch break, was craving a hot dog. This place definitely hit the spot, doggone good hit dog, well dressed! Definitely recommend. Service was fast, customer service was sweet! Next time I have to try the shakes! Sorry no pictures I devoured that delicious hot dog!

New owners took this over a year or so back, and they're starting to figure out what it's going to take to keep the place the local institution that it was in the past. The menu has gotten better, they've added coffee service in the mornings... It's good to see. They have also raised the prices, not a huge surprise there, but they need to be a little careful. Definitely worth a visit on a hot summer day
