Very fresh seafood that is cooked perfectly…….
We sat in restaurant 15 minutes. No one said hello, good-bye, offered us a menu or a drink. It was our first time there, I guess it will be our last time!
We were in the area and wanted to try something new. The food was very good, except my red potatoes were a little cold. The burgers were amazing, and the mac and cheese was a winner! While it wasn't that busy, there were only two servers who were hustling. But the service experience would have been better if they had more people there (hint to management).

We got 5 oysters, 6 baby shrimp, 2 hush- puppies, small container of slaw. Food was just okay, nothing special at all. We paid $18.50 plus tax and gratuity eash ,which came out close to $50.00 total with gratuity.
Very, Very overpriced extra small meal.
We won't be going there anymore.

We drive over from Flat Rock (30 min.) because of the reviews. We certainly were not disappointed! Wonderful food, friendly and prompt service and a very nice atmosphere. I would cheerfully recommend that you visit the Salty Landing!
Parking: Parking all around the building. No problems.

This place is a hidden gem! Coastal style seafood place with fresh market quality fish. Lots of taps and good vibes. Big thanks to the management for mailing my phone back to me. I left it on the table and drove 3 hours away. I could not ask for better customer service. If 6 stars was an option I would give it! I will be back every time we are in the aria.

Great place for casual, good quality seafood. It reminds me of a fun beach dive. The sea bass, cod, oysters & hush puppies are fabulous. Will try more soon! Susie is a great waitress and the outside tble, with heater on a warm November evening is perfect. Thanks!

It's a fish restaurant in the mountains and you should not miss it if you're a fish person. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious.
A taste of the coast was a nice change for the mountains. I will definitely be back for more.

Went Sat. Night, just after the power had gone off, and then came back on. Beth, our waitress, was phenomenal, patient, helpful, cheerful! The power went out again, still took care of us, and we had a great dinner. The whole evening could have been a disaster, but she and the rest of the staff did a great job.
