We love the new chef. The food is great. The waitresses and bartenders are super friendly. It's just a great relaxing spot to have a good dinner or drinks overlooking the beautiful golf course.

Recently got a couple of take-out meals here. Without a doubt this worst food we have ever had from any restaurant.

Don’t bother calling in orders from the course. Called in an order on the 7th green. They will take 30 min at the turn and act like it’s your fault that you are holding up the rest of the course waiting for food.

We went to Zeke's and had a lovely dinner. My friends ordered steak, and salmon, and I had chicken. The service was excellent. All of our food, and drinks, were very good. The manager stopped at our table to inquire about our meal. She was engaging and friendly. If you are looking for excellent food, ambience, and an enjoyable place for dinner, look no further than Zeke's Tavern at Etowah Golf Course.

Visited Zeke’s a couple of weeks ago while staying at Acony Bell Tiny Home Village. We were seated promptly and had a beautiful view of the golf course. Our server, Lila, was tremendous! Our cocktails were delivered promptly and throughout the evening, we never lacked for attention or had to ask for anything. I had the the ribeye and my wife had the salmon. My steak was cooked a perfect med rare and my wife says the mashed potatoes are some of the best she has had anywhere. The manager, Cyndi, recommended and served a Cabernet Sauvignon with my ribeye that was perfect! I can’t say enough about Cyndi, Lila and the rest of the staff we met that evening at Zeke’s. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Etowah or Mills River. Great food, excellent service and beautiful location in Western NC. Can’t wait to visit again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Decided to come here because it’s rated almost 5/5 stars. Went here on a Saturday night - let me start with the cleanliness of the restaurant is disgusting. Every single surface was sticky. Our waitress had no idea what was even on menu or any idea of what cocktails were available at the time. I ordered the special (ribeye and shrimp). The ribeye was all fat. Maybe got 2 bites of meat and the shrimp were obviously frozen and thawed out poorly. On top of not knowing about the menu in any capacity, service was extremely slow. So slow that we chose to close out at the bar where we found our waitress taking shots with other patrons (we had been sitting there for 45 min waiting to close).

A group of eleven had lunch. Everyone enjoyed. The choices were sandwiches and salads. It seemed that at one time (2019) they alsoserved main diahes. No e the less the food is very good and the staff was attentive.

Service was a bit slow but the food was good. Tom, the entertainment was great

Great views, great employees, nice beer selection. The bad news was the food. Cold wet bun/roll with the grilled chicken sandwich. Under done fries. Iceberg lettuce on the salad with tasteless tomatoes. Hope they can improve.

Good bar food, great customer service. I had the ribeye one evening and it was yummy. Try the Tea Time cocktail, soo tasty. The grab n go food at the turn was just what it needed to be. They set up an outdoor grill on Sunday and everything with that was on point. Burger+fixins, slaw, handmade chips, and some kind of delicious cookie all for a fair price.

Terrible preparation, Burger was so dry, it was crispy, sliced tomato was maybe 1/64" thick, cheap bun, was more like 1/4lb instead of stated 1/2lb. Two Salmon plates also cooked completely dry, side dishes different then ordered. Website menu was extensive, yet on-site menu was way smaller, apparently the alleged new chef didn't have the talent to handle more than a couple of entrees. Save your money go to taco bell or mcdonalds...

I must have missed this when I read the reviews, but this place is on the golf course property, not just with a view of the golf course. Kitchen was closed due to construction & all they were serving was grill food (burgers, hot dogs). Customers were mostly older, caucasian males. Not the place we were looking for.
