Excellent customer service and a good addition to downtown Fairmont. We have needed one for years.
went in to get a gel full set & pedi for my grandpa funeral this evening. i was greeted by the smell of pickles? i was then handed a sheet of wide rule notebook paper that stated i couldn’t receive acrylic services unless booked by appointment on thursdays or something like that i could really read it due to spelling errors. i just drove 30 mins to come to this specific salon i was excited to try. now i have to drive further out the way to another salon. extremely disappointed. not to mention it wasn’t posted anywhere that acrylic services were only available on specific days & on the website it states walk in are available!

This is one of the best nail salons! Mike does great work, the absolute best ombré nails. I like that they offer appointments on certain days and always welcome walk ins for other services. Clean salon & friendly staff. I will definitely return!

The customer service here is Outstanding!!! Mr. Mike and his wife Cherry are the most sweetest souls ever!! The product is everything I was looking for they go over and beyond to make the customer happy! I highly recommend this business I have been a customer since they first opened and I have always received the best service that I have ever experienced at of all the nail salons I have ever visited!!! Even if Mike is not in you know it’s an emergent situation and whoever is there his wife or long they let you know and if it is something they can assist with there more than glad to help you out!! I love this place and I pray they never leave😀
