Do not go within an hour of closing. You'll wait until closing for your food. Employees care more about catching up with friends than making sure food is fresh and given to customers in a timely manner.

I ordered a double fish fillet meal at the drive thru and understand having to wait for a special order but when I got home ten minutes later, I had a regular fish fillet sandwich. If this was the only incident, I'd accept that mistakes happen. This has become the norm for this particular McDonald's. My order is almost always wrong and/or cold. As always I tried to call back once I checked my receipt but as usual, no one answers. I'm not going to make a special trip for one sandwich but I've learned my
lesson.... enough is enough!

Our church pre-ordered bulk breakfast biscuits and hash browns for the teachers and staff to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week at Orrum Middle School. I have to give a big shout out to Fairmont's McDonald's and their managers, Mr. Kevin and Ms. Chasity. Mr. Kevin's helpfulness and patience with me as I ordered, his friendliness and overall great attitude has to be recognized. Even though he was not there when I picked up the order this morning, he made sure Ms Chasity had our order In place and completed and ready when I arrived. One of the workers(I didnt get his name) even assisted me with taking order to my truck. Food was delicious!! Even had a bag of prepackaged jelly and mustard, as well as napkins. So thankful for the Fairmont McDonald's and their kindness and help this morning. Well done, McDonald's staff!!! Thank you!!

Ask for sausage & egg, you get sausage with no egg. Ask for sausage/egg/no cheese & you get cheese. Order is wrong 75% of the time but ticket is always correct. Of course, this is drive thru.

Customer service was great! A fellow brought out drinks to our table and then the food when it was ready! This was very nice and not the typical in-store experience for McDonald's where typically table service calls you to the counter for food pick up.

Went thru the drive thru and told them I wanted the Big Mac combo. Was told they didn't sell Big Macs. Okay I'll take 3 Burrito Supremes. Honestly people, know your menu. You're the only fast food place in town.
