Well hoped for an outstanding cheeseburger...nope ...burnt, no taste except burnt, not one french fry was fully cooked, never got my Cole slaw.... something as simple as a cheeseburger...how do you screw that up....and I was the only person in the restaurant. It's because the cook doesn't care....to bad for such nice looking local places....so I will not be going back.

Our Class of '72 high school mates meet at Angelo's on Charlotte Hwy at least 3 times each year for our monthly luncheon.

Thankful for our local go to place! Never disappoints.

Been years sense I ate here. Was so excited last year to have the opportunity to eat here again. Nope. Closed take only. So today give them another shot NOPE, TAKE OUT ONLY! To drive as far as they are out in Fairview twice & to only be greated w/ a locked ?. Yep will not give them another shot. If you want to eat there better call to see to see if you can it inside or you will waste your time & gas. Covid has been over, hire wait staff & let people sit inside or you will keep losing customers!

Delightful, friendly service. Some of the best fried catfish I've had. Would definitely visit again. And the peonies outside were gorgeous!!!

Angelo's never has any cars in their parking lot after 4:00, yet they claimed several parking spots from Whistle Hop. What gives?

Fantastic food and excellent people! One of the few places near Asheville that has cheaper food that is still very fresh and reminiscent of my favorite childhood
