Every time I come in, the employees are always so nice! Zoey took my order and she made an amazing sandwich! I’ll be sure to be back!

very nice place!the worker hannah made my sub really well she added the right amount of everything and the sandwich tasted so well i really enjoyed my expierence here and the double chocolate cookies are so good.definitely recommend coming here if you get bored of eating all that greasy food.
Third time I put an order in online and it wasn’t ready when we got there.
Put an online order in at 7PM, here it is 8:02 and it’s still not ready. I have already paid for my order and they hadn’t even started it yet bc they were busy. Why aren’t paid customers first priority?
I say this being 100% honest and transparent, please don’t go to this place. Drive 20 more minutes to the next subway, whatever you’ve got to do. Do they just hire these people on the spot? God these employees cannot make a sandwich or manage a rush. I NEVER leave food reviews, but if this can make at least one person keep driving I have done my part. If you are a worker at this establishment reevaluate your mindset and maybe do something else, do yourself and these customers a favor. Fallston subway has got to be the WORST SUBWAY IN NORTH CAROLINA.
Saddest meat balls ever, the fact dude couldn't show size with his hand let's me know they have not been stirred in a while. Then the DR pepper was absolutely flat. I got nothing to eat from here my husband and daughter did but I refused after that. Whoever decided to make the meatballs smaller and charge the same price for LESS meat should be ashamed. Will not pay for extra to get the amount we use to get when subway first opened. Will not go back. Ever. Been disappointed every time I've came yet I still try to allow another chance not anymore. Whoever is the owner needs to check these reviews and address this madness before someone calls the better business bureau along with the health department. Also the reviews wants me to recommend something from the menu, I'll recommend any other restaurant vrs here that's my recommendation. Parking lot is ALWAYS empty and for a good reason to.

I put online order with clear instructions about whatever I need in my sandwich, she didn’t put proper stuff and my bread is not toasted. When I call her about it she said once I take it out, she can’t make it. I already complained online plus I will complain about it to manager. This is happened 2-3 times. Don’t put online order. Bad service.

This place is a joke the employees are rude, the restaurant is dirty, and they can't get an online order right. I had to make a 40min round trip after my wife picked up our online order because a male employee made her feel uncomfortable and tried to rush her out of the store with half the order. When she arrived home I tried to call and the number listed sounded like a fax line. So I drove all the way back down there just for them to claim they told her the kids meal stuff was not in the bag that she was supposed to grab it, she told me they kept telling her everything was in the bag. All the sandwiches were wrong..
