Service was extremely slow, as 8 employees joked, ignored customers, shared candy, fixed hair… Cashier asked for help from coworkers to make food. He left the register after 10-15 minutes to make plates. Unfortunately, this is not the only Bojangles with poor management. Food is typically good. Unlike fast food competitors they are not trained in customer service or work ethic.
It is what it is. I arrived about 15-20 before closing. They already dumped the unsweetened tea, they didn't have mashed potatoes available. But they were friendly once I was waited on.

I never wanna come back here again because the staff was rude. Said something offensive and the food isn’t even that good. The fries are stale the chicken was nearly raw. The staff members were really rude and remembering to themselves and by the way this was on July 31 5:47 PM check cameras cause I wanna report this. I ordered two blueberry biscuits. They didn’t even give me nothing and I paid for it because but by the time I left I checked and there was no blueberry biscuits on site would not recommend here again, cause I would’ve been wrong if I did something about this. Y’all need to have your staff correctly. Behave and make y’all feel better.
