By far the best customer service I have ever received in my whole life. I started out by visiting this coffee shop over a year ago just to try out the beans and it was some of the best I had ever had. Then I found out the owner offered basically ‘coffee classes’ where I could test out different grinders and brewers in stock and picked out my favorite. We are so excited we found this amazing company. The coffee is absolutely delicious and the owners are equally fantastic! I’ve had two people in the last week sitting beside me in meetings that could smell my coffee when I opened the lid. I was able to share a hidden gem I found recently in FarmVille, NC! We’ve had three different kinds of their coffee and all have been so good. This is our fave so far!
I’ve had and purchased Lanoca coffee several times and can’t recommend their coffee enough. They rival if not surpass the quality of the well known micro roasters in the triangle. Quality stuff. I prefer light roasts and use a fellow grinder and chemex and their coffee tastes great with this system.
