It took forever to get our food. I had to walk to the bar to get our refills. I got a veggie Stromboli with pepperoni and ham...when I cut into it, a mound of onions fell out. The corn nuggets and antipasto were good though.

I think it’s one of the best restaurants in Pitt County. And I still haven’t had the lasagna that everybody raves about.
Y’all!!!! This place is it. No more take out pizza from Tarboro, NC. If you want pizza drive to Farmville! Side salad and garlic knots were the perfect starters. We enjoyed a supreme pizza. Crust was perfectly crispy. Toppings were fresh and full of flavor.
As a New Yorker, and subsequently an inherent “pizza snob”, Farmville Pizza beats out most NY pizza places. Primavera pie is 12/10

I ordered the Mac and cheese bites as an appetizer. They came out cold in the middle. I thought it was just one that somehow didn’t get cooked all the way but it was all of them. The pizza was just ok. Very Greasy. I don’t find it a coincidence that I got extremely sick the next two days after eating there. Also, was super annoyed when I had 2 young kids with me and the waitress seemed to disappear. I waited 15 minutes then asked for a box for my leftovers. Packed everything up and asked if I could please get the check since my 2 and 4 year old were getting impatient from waiting. They old me I couldn’t checkout until my waitress returned. So I had to continue to wait around until she returned. Very annoying. Save yourself time and go to Michelangelo’s or miabellas
