I ordered on the app a curbside order, but ended up having to go in anyway to get my order. They not only forgot the boneless chicken bites, but they also didn't put any Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo Chicken melt. So it's chicken, cheese and onions. And I asked for no onions. I don't get how they can mess up such a simple order. And when I called about the missing chicken, they said "you can come in and get it." And hung up the phone. I'm already home. I'm not driving back to get the chicken that THEY forgot. Come on, do better. I know it's fast food, but gosh, I should still get the food I paid for.
Was going to give it a shot but.....after reading these reviews i think im going for a gas station burrito...

6/6/24 at 11:15am Walked in with my baby and husband to eat lunch, we were greeted when we walked in then ignored for 10 minutes while the only person there made pizza after pizza didn’t say anything else to us as my husband stood at the counter waiting to order. Two more people walked in and were waiting as well. The man didn’t say anything to them. Just continued to make pizza and put them in the oven ignoring everyone. Once we got up and were walking out because we had now waited 16 minutes at the counter waiting to order then the man came to the counter but not to speak to my husband who had been waiting to order, no, he addressed the two people who walked in after us. Guess we didn’t fit their customer profile.
Food was worse than usual and the employees seemed more focused on their friends in the store than customers who are there to pick up food they already paid for.
