Sadly… was very disappointed as this is a Pizza Hut Classic. No table service. No red cups. No fountain drink. No salad bar or lunch buffet. No video game. Everything Pizza Hut Classic says they do, this place doesn’t do. The pizza tasted exactly as you would expect a Pizza Hut pizza to taste but there is really nothing classic about it. It’s a shame because that is what people are longing for. A return to when things were simpler and the old school Pizza Hut can take many back to simple high school days and Friday night football. It was a let down and I will never be back to this one.

Farmville Pizza Hut has seen the last of me! Poor service and filthy restaurant. Waited an hour for food because employees weren't taking their job serious. SMH too many young people working and a manager who hangs outside the back door not paying attention to his employees nor his customers. I will be reaching out to store management because what I experienced tonight was insane. Had I used cash I would have demanded a refund immediately! I was given a store credit but very unhappy with service I received tonight 8/26/2025. I will not be returning EVER 😒

I was disappointed comparing this with the Pizza Hut of my youth.
Walked in with my son at 8pm. They close at 9pm. Sat down and got looked at for 5 minutes by the 5 or 6 workers there. Never had anyone come up to us to even talk to us.

What in Gods name has happened to this Location? To say its filthy is doing a disservice to the word filthy. Dirty floors tables nasty and the kitchen looks like something out of an street food vendor in India. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place until ownership invests in better employees who care about cleanliness.

Lost pizza and had to wait for them to remake. Ordered online. Once I received the pizza, it was not hot or warm.
I ordered on the app a curbside order, but ended up having to go in anyway to get my order. They not only forgot the boneless chicken bites, but they also didn't put any Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo Chicken melt. So it's chicken, cheese and onions. And I asked for no onions. I don't get how they can mess up such a simple order. And when I called about the missing chicken, they said "you can come in and get it." And hung up the phone. I'm already home. I'm not driving back to get the chicken that THEY forgot. Come on, do better. I know it's fast food, but gosh, I should still get the food I paid for.
