This was my first time here at the airport. I ordered the Cinnamon sugar pretzel minis and they were delicious. They could have filled the cup up a little more but that would be my only critique. The lady behind the counter was helpful and nice. Thank you. Keep up the great work!

I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, and I live about an hour from the Asheville airport. I ordered a cup of Pretzel Mini Dogs to hold me over until I got to my final destination. They had the cup ready in the warmer, and the person working was incredibly sweet! I thought I'd share my experience. The Asheville airport does not have a lot of options for dining since it is very small, so I was pleased to have this option. The prices were not too far off from what I am used to. Overall, I would definitely return here.

Guys you burn your pretzels every time. I’ve now gone three times the past year, and each time the pretzel is burned at worst, dried and crunchy edges at best. Just dial the oven back a little!

Apparently, you have to tell the young man at the til you want the #4 and not say I would like the 2 pretzel deal. I apologize for not saying exactly as you need for your brain to comprehend an order. Also, any manager should be able to fix the issue. I think more training is needed for this location.

Didn’t purchase food here, but I sat in front of the place for about a half an hour waiting on my flight. I watched employees scream back-and-forth to each other loudly talking about their weekend activities. Using obscene language. I watched the girl with tri-colored hair roll pretzels with gloves on, but then, with the same gloves, text in between every role. I would NEVER eat anything here.

They NEVER have pretzel dogs food ready except buns. Fly in and out of AVL all the time — there are FOUR people working and no food made ! And they’re rude when you ask “when might there be some”? VERY DISAPPOINTING LOCATION
Delightful stand in the heart of it all in the Asheville airport. Combined with Cinnabon the smells of sugar and butter and dough are downright sinful. The price is the only negative - well that and the utter CHAOS of this airport under construction.

I really wanted a fresh baked pretzel this morning. Unfortunately they don’t start serving them until 11 am. It was interesting watching the process of making them though.

Out of most menu items, manager was rude for no reason when asked what was available, cashier rang combo items individually charged me for them and said i had to pay extra for the missing dips after charging me more for the first the first transaction. Like it's not hard to be nice...
Ridiculous hours for anywhere, let alone an airport.
Busy airport pretzel place. Service was slow. Kids liked the pretzel
Worker was saying to people/passers-by that the pretzels were not good “so people will stop buying them”. They were out of every kind of pretzel but cinnamon. Person at register was rude and short.Buy from the coffee shop instead.
Good pretzels, poor service. An employee seemed to be sick; coughing and eating while she got our food.
