Pretty good Mexican joint. They give you chips with bean dip, and have a full salsa bar. The entrees are good, but not a 5 star great. You won’t be disappointed

Very fast service with an attentive staff. Don’t let the location being in a hotel sway you, this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been too lately. Fresh tasting food and a great salsa bar. Portions are massive compared to the price you pay. I would definitely return

Great food that came out quickly. Service was pleasant, though there was a bit of a language barrier. The salsa bar was a great option available. Be careful and read or ask questions if you don't like spicy.

They knocked it out of the park . We got carnitas and a chillie probleno and it was some of the best Mexican food weve ever had.

If you fly into Asheville and need to grab a bite, this is a close spot. Right across from Longhorn. The Pollo Azul was incredible.

I had dinner at Blue Agave last night, and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Everything from the service to the presentation felt thoughtful and well-done.

We ordered the fajitas served in a half pineapple shell, and they were outstanding. The combination of the sweet pineapple with the savory, perfectly seasoned fajita meat created a flavor mix you don’t find just anywhere. The portion was generous, and the dish arrived sizzling and beautifully presented.

Before the entrée, we enjoyed the chips with salsa and bean dip. The chips were crisp and fresh, the salsa had just the right amount of kick, and the warm bean dip was rich and comforting. It’s rare that the starters are as memorable as the main dish, but Blue Agave delivered on every part of the meal.

Overall, the experience was excellent — great food, great flavors, and a very satisfying dinner. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food with a unique twist.

The food here was plentiful and delicious, the service was awesome, and I will come back anytime we are in town.
