Service was excellent. The waiter allowed me to move tables because the cold air was blowing on me where I was sitting. He carried everything over to the new setting while I grabbed my jacket. He also was very patient with me as I struggled due to having a bad leg. The service here is above and beyond. The waiter noticed I spoke in Spanish and kindly continued speaking with me in Spanish the rest of the night. Thank you for a relaxing evening to a very difficult day.

The atmosphere was nice and rather typical of the “Mexican restaurant”. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. The chips were stale. I ordered the pineapple fajita for myself and two kids meals for my kids. The presentation was great but there was no flavor and the meat was so dry! By the third bite I gave up. My kids food was off in taste and my daughter’s burger was awful. The bun was stale and very chewy and the meat was overcooked. I called for the manager and she was very unaccommodating towards my concerns. My order was 18.99 and I took three bites. The plate was hardly touched. I was hoping to have my fajita order taken off, and was willing to pay for the kids. She repeatedly replied that because I ate some of it she will not take it off the bill. How does that work? How do you know you won’t like the food until you try it?? I felt so bad wasting all that food. I was very disappointed with the way the manager handled the situation. We won’t be back.

My husband and I eat here at least once a week! The employees are the best, and they always make sure you are happy with your meal. If love the special fajita salad, the chipotle burrito wrap, and of pollo loco! They are quick, and you do not leave hungry! Highly recommend!
