An absolute gem in the Asheville craft beer scene and an easy hop from Sierra Nevada. My favorite this time was the limited release Where the Boat Leaves From - a delightful toasted coconut blonde ale. My husband chose an IPA flight and can’t decide between the Blue Ghost IPA and the Grapefruit IPA for his favorite. There is so much to love about what this brewery is up to! Their Hungry Ghost food truck was a delicious surprise and their firefly Biergarten is magical at twilight…

Thursday night trivia is a good time. Great beers and a good outdoor area too.

Stopped in to test out the local beers and have a bite to eat. The selection of beers is extensive. The bar and patio are simple, comfy and blend into the surrounding mountain region effortlessly. You feel at home and welcome the moment you step onto the property. There’s a selection of books and board games to invite gatherings and remind you to relax. A quaint and delicious stop not too far from the Blue Ridge parkway.I had the Brussels sprouts with my burger and beer and they were the best deliciousness I have eaten in a long time. My mind, my body and my heart were very happy.Highly recommend this stop in Fletcher. It is just what the Blue Ghost Firefly wants you to experience in these rolling hills parts of North Carolina.Did you know that the Blue Ghost Firefly is only found in these regions? How can you not visit this brewery and celebrate the Firefly’s rare existence with a hearty meal and cold, rich, tasty beer?

Great place to meet up with friends! Family friendly and great staff. Lots of fun listening to Steady State band. Food trucks and a large field for the all!

Great "little" place tucked in between Fletcher and the airport. Slip off for a quick snack a superb beer and forget your near the hustle and bustle while relaxing in the back yard under the trees and a Carolina blue sky. Worth the distraction from the main road.

It was like any other brewery on the south side of town. It could be anywhere in the US. The beer was good but again I wouldn't travel to get one. Good not memorable. Very nice staff.

Nice place for a beer or root beer is amazing. They usually have cool events and food trucks. All staff is great. We had a booth for Charlie’s angels today 10/21/23. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Great small brewery. A bit off the main path, hidden away, but once there - wow! Great beers, food, atmosphere, friendly staff, and vibe. We really enjoyed ourselves and sampled several beers. My favorite was the Grapefruit IPA. I'll be able to enjoy these further as we attend a wedding later on in the weekend. I am looking forward to that.

My go-to place! I love trying all the new brews. My pup always gets all the love here, too. The hungry ghost also has fantastic food choices. Trivia on Thursdays. Great outdoor and indoor spaces for all to enjoy. Games and books too if you’re passing the time! Best in Fletcher.

First time at this brewery. Went for their Octoberfest. Venue was good. Plenty of parking and seating. Liked their beer. Food was the worst ever and over priced. No clue about German food.

Southeast Crab Fest was Advertising of blue crab fest in Asheville,NC on 8/13/23 in many outlets for $17.25. Granted that it was a 3rd party but no one would tell me why the true cost was $34.50 other than that was the “kids price”. Both parties were deceptive and I would not be seeing myself go to or recommend due to deceptive/ false advertising. It’s not the $ but the B/S—lies is my reason not to do business with either of them. Good luck.

There is so much to love about Blue Ghost. It's a comfy space and on a warm summer evening, it was nice to sit outside. Plenty of kids running about and having fun as there is a park space adjacent. Inside, some board games and a few TVs.We started with beer and then headed over to their food truck to order dinner. It's nice that the credit card works across both systems but I am not a fan of my card being held by the bar. I'd prefer if they could scan it and put it back into my wallet.I got the bratwurst with fries and it was tasty. Fries were a bit underdone but still hot. My daughter opted for the spinach artichoke dip as her main course and I got to try it. it was okay but there were not enough pita and too many carrots.Beers were delicious and the place has a fun family vibe. I enjoyed it here and would return.
