By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Literally takes forever to get your order, like every. single. time. No urgency… you’ll sit in line for 10 minutes without moving some days. The drinks/food is almost always a miss and I’m then upset that I spent the money. So save your money and go to Starbucks. TRUST ME.

Apparently this new staff can talk and cut crap while customers sit at the window for 10+ minutes before being serviced🤡 (I had a mobile order and waited 10+ minutes for them to open the window as I made eye contact with multiple employees)

Doughnut was so stale. I got a creme filled. It had maybe 1/2 teaspoon of creme in it. The apple fritter was stale. Zero apple. Total waste of $6. I threw them in the trash.
Easily the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too. For context, I travel for work a lot and go to 4-5 Dunkin Donuts in different locations weekly as I like the coffee. I have never waited 30+ minutes for a coffee when there are 2 cars in the drive through and an empty lobby. Sucks that the worst dunkin is my hometown one. Never again at this location.

I usually love this Dunkin, but they aren't picking up the phone and I'm got the wrong order. Ordered a mocha, and the beverage was made without it today. I love the woman who usually works drive thru, the gentleman there today didn't have my order correct and the workers seemed confused. I tried my drink when I got to the office and it's made wrong. I can't come back today so that's frustrating. Usually very pleasant but not consistent.

Please , train your teenager male person at the front taking orders. No to say Anything else? Y tried to order and he kept saying anything else. Instead of listening to my order. This is second time I got my order taken by a male. The young lady there is very sweet. Please. Do something.
