I don’t think I’ve ever had a meal here that didn’t “wow” me! The rotating weekly menu is always delicious and you can really tell that the chef puts a lot of love into his food!
This guy is an absolute genius with food, his menu consists of his classic burger which in itself is one of the better burgers I’ve ever had and another option (between 1 and 3 different dishes) that are always incredibly unique and always amazing. I have been going to his truck since the first day he opened. His menu covers almost everything and he even makes every sauce, salsa, hot sauce and even most condiments himself. amazing in every way! i got the Colombian burger (hopefully it becomes a regular special) & it was the best smash burger I’ve ever had. the patties were perfectly thin, great pickles, & the sauces spectacular. can’t wait to try more of the menu!
