They need to use just ice burg lettuce And offer a wedge salad and i mean the kind where you take a head of lettuce and cut into quarters
Get rid of the flies and either clean the a 1 bottles or just throw them away when that older steak sauce gets on the outside of the top and the lid of the bottle just can't be clean
And servers need to pre bus better i seen this poor host make three trips with full trays was crazy

I got a 9oz Flo's Filet which I ordered medium rare. It came out medium well. It was tough, was not seasoned, and had no flavor. I went ahead and paid for it even though I only ate a couple of bites. The server didn't even bother asking me if it was ok. I'm sure he should have been able to tell I didn't like it. This was a total waste of quite a bit of money. I will never return to this Longhorn location again.

This afternoon, my wife had her usual chop steak, baked potato & Caesar salad.
I had Spicy Chicken Bites, bowl of loaded baked potato soup & Caesar salad.
Both of our meals were served hot and delicious.
Our server, Connie S took excellent care of us!
2024 Oct 2 my wife and I had the chop steak. With both had tossed salad. Her side was loaded baked potato. My side was asparagus. Their asparagus is a wonderful side dish!
David was our server today. Very friendy. Courteous. Extremely knowledgeable about their different offerings. Maintained contact with us during our entire meal.
Vegetarian options: I'm sure Longhorn Steakhouse would do their best to provide an all vegetarian meal. Most likely the choices would be a small selection.
Parking: Very seldom is parking an issue. When there parking area is full, parking across the street in the motel parking area seems to be okay.

While I don’t frequent many chain restaurants, this is one establishment that I return to regularly. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is usually quick.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are limited, mostly being side dishes. Vegetarians in our party were pleased with the options that were available, considering this is a steakhouse. They were impressed by the quality of the food, and a favorite was the brussels sprouts.

We had the BEST experience tonight! We celebrated our anniversary and our waitress, Alexis, made our experience so much fun! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and had a positive attitude. Food was DELICIOUS ? We had the Longhorn Porterhouse, Parmesan Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, and the shrimp appetizer which had ZERO crumbs leftover. And to top off the meal, they sent us a complimentary dessert of molten lava cake with ice cream ? Good enough to encourage us to break our diets ?? Overall, just truly one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had, especially impressive given the season we are in post-hurricane. Well done, Longhorn team!

The outlaw steak is normally awesome. On this visit it was just ok. Unfortunately this visit was after the hurricane so grace was given. My family will definitely go back.

I enjoyed my visit everything was wonderful. And our server Ryan or Shawn I can't remember, was very patient and on top of things. It was the best all around and would love to go back soon. I had a strawberry lemonade that was great, the steak was cooked right, and we enjoyed the spinach dip. Next time their probably going to have to chase us out.
Parking: It had plenty of parking and it's next to a hotel so if you drink to much you can get a room. Also there is shopping not even a half a mile up the road.

Half the staff called out that morning (went October 14 2024) so there doing what they could but I felt a bit rushed to eat and leave. Will review again when I can go back to see how it is on a regular day.

This location is really a shame. We have tried it three times now over the past few months and each time it’s the same. The food is great. The service sucks. The restaurant is filthy. We’ve had Alicia twice and tonight Maria. These servers disappear like they are on vacation. Tonight the manager (Hannah) at the front desk was rude. I told her about our last two experiences with Alicia, so what does she do, tries to seat us with Alicia! I said “no way”. So she walks us to a table with server Maria. What does Hannah do then? She whispers something in Maria’s ear right in front of us as they turn around and look at us. What kind of so called “manager” does that? Maria was fine for a while and then started BSing with another table twice for about 5 minutes each time while her other customers were waiting for drinks, their checks, etc. I had to go cut into her conversation so we could get our check. Dessert would have been nice, but after waiting so long we said forget about it. Also, no one cleared any of the dishes or empty glasses from our table either. We were stuck with the appetizer, salad, main course, and drinks glasses just sitting on our table. Unbelievable! Last time we also had to walk to the front desk to request our check. The carpet in this place is filthy with trash and food on the floor and no one seems to care. When Longhorn first opened it was great, but not anymore. This place now looks like a run down restaurant. Again, the food is good, but the rest sucks. This will be our last trip here! Get your act together.
