My family and I waited for 1.5 hours at our table and never got served. Complained to the manager after one hour. Manager told us the food would be out in 10 -15 minutes, never came. We left and told them that this was unacceptable. Never be back.

Best steaks in the 828. Phenomenal selection of dishes, the only thing that would make this restaurant better is more draft options. Get the Outlaw Ribeye you WONT be disappointed.

We did a take out, I ordered a flo filet 9oz medium. What I got was a very small piece which was very well done. It had a narrow side and it was very well done. It definitely was not a $30.79 steak. I will not be going to Longhorn, for a long time. My daughter's salmon was great. She really enjoyed it.

Terrible management. I don't blame poorly cooked food on the cook or lazy, sloppy service on servers. It all falls back on management! We ate there at 12 noon with only about 10 customers there and it was so bad that we will never spend our money there again!!
Steak had to be sent back twice. Waitress was not very attentive to the needs of diners.

Good food, good service, I haven't been to a longhorn in many years, but I was not disappointed. 8 out of 10 overall. Expect long waits on nights and weekends. Came at 3pm on a Saturday and there was still a 15 minute wait.
