Do not order curbside. I’m a traveler, Longhorn is my go to when I don’t want to go to local restaurants. This location was disappointing. My food was not as warm as it could be. I could’ve walked to this restaurant since it was 3 blocks from the place i was staying. I did not walk because I did not want my food to be cold by the time I returned to my room. My pick up time was 650 I made it back to the room at 700. I sat down to eat at 705… why was the food cold? The sweet potato was burned and closed to dried out. The chicken wings were all drums not 1 flat out of 8 pieces and I requested blue cheese and got ranch.Do better! :(

We were told a 40 min wait and ended up walking out without being seated at 1 hour and 10 mins. spoke with the front multiple times and told “we are waiting on people to leave” even went as far as saying “take a look at the dining room” if we didn’t believe them.what a poor excuse for customer service ESPECIALLY the manager!nearly 30 people came in after us and was seated in 10mins but yet they couldn’t push any of those tables together.will never give them our business again.

My husband's card got hacked (on Amazon) the very next day (Monday)! Diners...beware! Don't give your debit card to anyone who can take it away and take a picture of your card or write your number/expiration date/security code, IMO. I called a place where we think the transaction took place from an employee, only speculation. I called and of course, she said, "No one here would do that." So, I am waiting for my bank to complete their investigation and I am doing mine. $97.11 Shame!

Prepare for hit or miss service. Management should follow up on training effectiveness. Horrible experience in the Bar dining area. I dont want to list what this poor overworked guy didnt do. Good, not great. Lobster tail was ok, steak was great. Gravy on mashed potatoes was very suspect, didn't taste right. Would give another chance, they are usually great everywhere.
