My wife and I came in and placed an order on the kiosk and chose to pay cash at the register. We waited approximately 10 minutes before inquiring about our food. The guy working behind the counter said he would check on it and after approximately five minutes longer we had to interrupt him again to Ask and he said the same thing again. Again after another five minutes we asked and then he told us he could not find our order. We told him what we wanted and he went back to what he was doing without putting our order in the register. After a few more minutes, a woman came up and changed out the cash drawer and I attempted to ask her if we could get our order placed. She said she was busy in the back and could not tAke it. My wife and I have now been waiting 20 minutes and there were a few other upset people at the counter so we left. We have NEVER had such a BAD EXPERIENCE like this before, Not only this but there were a couple of workers in the back, carrying on with each other, laughing, and playing hand games with each other. One person had come in after his drive through order was messed up and told us how rude the drive thru lady was. We wanted to eat in but decided to give the drive thru a try. The lady was not very polite but we did get our order but the fries were not hot. Horrible experience!!! Friday, May 23, 2025

We were at the WNC At Center for a weekend dog show and stopped in for a leisurely lunch before heading back. The one staff we encountered was extremely nice and helpful but the experience ended there. Being lunchtime the place wasn’t very busy. We ordered a non complicate combo, a Big Mac meal medium. It took almost 10 minutes to get the food. I grabbed extra napkins because Big Macs are so juicy and messy….. not these. These were so dry and tasteless, we couldn’t finish them. Everyone says that nothing is better than Mickey D’S fries… well…. these tasted like they had been cooked for over 30 minutes and hadn’t even seen a heat lamp. While we were trying to down this cardboard food, a two inch ROACH crawled across the floor, got past our table and the guy at the table behind us got up to step on it…Huge Crunch…. Very unappetizing, so we dumped our tray and left. We go to WNC AG Center often but will never be back to this McDonalds.

This is one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was great. The biscuit was excellent. It was moist and very fresh tasting. The service was very good. I was impressed.
