This location is rarely clean, and the staff is a downright joke. This is the third time in 2 weeks I’ve just been standing there after doing a mobile order for “pick up at counter” and no one says hi, no one asks how they can help, they just stand there acting defeated and eventually someone will have the common sense to turn around, and look at the bag behind them and finally hand it to me. 5-10min each time this has happened, and the pickup counter is literally 2 steps away from them. It’s McDonald’s so it’s not like my expectations are high, but for gods sake if you have a pickup order completed, I fail to see how it’s difficult to actually put it in the pickup location. If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Getting real sick of eating cold food.

2024 Oct 16. Sorry, but based on today's visit, 2 stars is max. I used the drive thru. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits.
At the pick-up window was handed a bag and receipt. Receipt said 2 sausage biscuits.
At home, in the bag was 1 sausage biscuit, 1 ham, egg & cheese McMuffin and 2 potato cakes.
Parking: Usually, parking is not an issue.

I just attempted to use the drive thru and was advised that they close at 11:30pm by a very curt and gruff male employee who was smoking around side of the building. All information listed shows that they close at midnight. It was 11:47 when I pulled up to the order box.
I guess my loss… not really because every other time I have been to this location they are out of almost every item that I order. I guess shame on me for thinking it may change…

This was the best Mickey D's I've ever been too. The Nuggets and McRoyal with Cheese was 10 outta 10! The people were kind and helpful. The fries were 10 outta 10 and the service was near perfect. Thanks
Just went through drive thru and got home and they left out part of my order so I call and spoke to manager and he was rude and very unprofessional then hung up on me for telling him he needs to run the store better

This is definitely the nicest McDonalds I’ve been to! The bathrooms and facility at large is quite clean and well-kept, and the food was half-decent. This McDonalds facility is conveniently located off the interstate, and is easy to get back on.
Parking: A vast number of parking spots available.

I ordered the spicy McCrispy, hoping for a nice crispy chicken patty and some good toppings. What I received was a chicken patty that was only partially crispy, with large pieces of what seemed like fat or gristle, resulting in me only consuming half the patty and tearing it apart for picking out the good pieces. It’s a sorry deal when McDonald’s can’t even execute an enjoyable crispy chicken sandwich. My family member got a sweet tea and upon tasting it I nearly spit it out with a gut reaction due to how sweet it was. I would classify it as grossly disgusting. Probably will only get a McMuffin ever again in the future because it seems like the only thing you can depend on for edibility.

went through the drive through, guy taking our order rushed us and forgot an entire meal. rudest mcdonald’s staff i’ve encountered in a while. food was cold , couldn’t go inside to get what they forgot bc the doors were locked. go one exit up and go to long shoals mcdonalds.

I must say. When i have the taste for a shit sandwich, I will go to this McDonalds. What the hell mystery meat is in the McDouble cheese burger. It's just awful. Buns were cold as ice burgers were not even warm. What's the deal now with them selling soda in a can. I am just done with McDonalds. The burgers leave such an awful aftertaste.
